Just received an email from ninesharp saying they had taken my details from another job site and created a profile for me on theirs. Paragraph 2 of this email was about the Data Protection Act and how they are allowed to use my data in this way. If you have to include that kind of paragraph then you are doing something wrong. Feel free to invite me to sign up but don't just make a profile for me without asking me. I have asked for my details to be removed.

EDIT: Response to ninesharp: It was not that you viewed my data, it was that you used it to create a profile for me in your database without asking me. Most people invite candidates to create a profile rather than doing it without asking them.
