I ordered 2 of the 6ft tables and they were exactly as advertised robust and stable with locking legs.

We ordered this six foot folding table on the Monday and received it on the Wednesday of the sane week exactly as disscribed on the Webb.

We wanted to order 120 chairs. When asking for help they would promise to call back but never call back. Poor communication even after giving us a quote. We thought they can't be interested in our business. Trying somewhere else.

If you haven't come across the name Ningbo before probably like me you were sceptical but all I can say is don't be!!

Delivered in 2 working days exactly as advertised. Would suggest as a matter of customer service courtesy there is an advice email or text message advising date and time of delivery

I chased up my order placed on the 25th November and not received. Although helpful on the phone they took a long time to find my order and no apology for the inconvenience (even though I have paid £37 for delivery). Fingers crossed it arrives when they said as they would not confirm this in an email.

Invoiced for goods not in stock. Sent two emails asking for confirmation that refund would be arranged. No reply. Phoned twice was told someone would ring me back, nobody did. Third call did get confirmation of refund but attitude was cool. Not my idea of customer service.

Ordered two weeks ago, there has been no word since about our order, yet we have had two customer satisfaction surveys to fill in. Come on, shouldn't we expect to at least receive the goods before asking for a review?

How can I give an opinion on items which haven't arrived.
