The process went well apart from the ordering I tried to use PayPal pay in three but the orders didn’t complete and I still have three first payments of £49 showing on my bank account. When I paid in full with a credit card everything went fine. Apart from that everything went well especially delivery

I have emailed you but unfortunately not had a response, the shark ninja vacuum squeaks like mad I think mine is faulty

I contacted SharkNinja after discovering corrosion/deterioration on both cooking racks from Customer service beyond my expectations my Ninja Double Stack air fryer.

After I supplied photographs of the racks and the appliance identification label, SharkNinja accepted the issue under the warranty and arranged a replacement rack at no charge.

I then noticed that the order confirmation was for only one rack, although both were affected. I contacted them again and they promptly apologised for the confusion and arranged a second replacement, again completely free of charge.

What particularly impressed me was the speed of the service. The first replacement rack arrived the very next day, and the second arrived the day after that.

The whole matter was handled courteously, efficiently and without any argument or unnecessary hassle. I genuinely expected the warranty process to be more difficult, but SharkNinja’s customer service was beyond my expectations.

Spoke to a lovely lady, l hadn’t got the paperwork for my shark vacuum but it wasn’t a problem. Gave her the details off the vacuum & received my part the next day free of charge. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
