I've bought quite a few things off ninja over the last few years. Recently bought two thirsty bottle. Both different colours. Turned up the same colour. This was a Saturday night. I got in and contacted customer service about the error.
Omg they were so quick to reply to me and did want me to return the item that was wrong but after a few questions about it all they did say keep the extra bottle and we will send the colour you ordered. I did have contact with a lot of different people but they all read what was going on and replied.
Can't fault there service specially on a weekend. I was going away Tuesday and they got the new one out to me on Monday. Thank you ninja. Awesome work.

My coffee machine was replaced no issues
My coffee machine that was a gift had broken within a year, the man I spoke to was absolutely lovely and sent me a replacement out. It arrived the next day and as it was a gift I was struggling to answer the questions regarding when it was purchased but he was so helpful! I’d recommend to anyone

The customer service i received after a problem with my hoover has been exemplary. Prompt email replies, options and full explanations of each process, has resulted in a broken hoover being replaced very promptly.

Salon straight hair

Above and beyond my expectations …
Excellent customer service they went above and beyond what I was expecting when I had issue with my hoover. Would definitely buy again and definitely recommend. Good customer service is hard to come by and these guys have got it right.

Check the item upon delivery
1st order - Came in the wrong colour - sent it back
2nd order - Has arrived cracked and paint chipped off on the lever causing a small cut on my finger.
I will be ordering again - 3rd time lucky

Amazing service from ordering to delivery
Amazing service and arrived the next day I managed to break my jug on my ninja food processor and was panicked thinking I'd have to buy a whole new machine but I went on ninja site n found the original parts and it didn't cost a fortune they were fast and kept me updated from ordering to delivery I'll definitely be looking at buying anything ninja from there original site now I'm really impressed with the service
