Shipment Delayed

Shipment Delayed with no further information besides "its delayed". Communication is lacklustre too. Still waiting on my package to be sent out after a week. - edit after 2 weeks, the telephone support was really good, I called and they all spoke English perfectly. After 2 days of internal investigation and no moves on my package I called again and they re-ordered my product for me (they also offered a refound which I refused). The package arrived 1 day after this.

Happy with Product, Not with the delivery experience

The product is good and very easy to use. Packaging was in good condition. The only issue was the delivery—I received conflicting dates from Ninja and the courier. I planned around the later date, but the package arrived earlier and was delivered to the wrong person. It was only redelivered two days after I reported it. This is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Machine got broken and no reaction from the customer service

I bought a 3 in 1 blender/mixer but the machine has stopped working in a few weeks. I contacted the customer service by email (I can’t reach them by phone because I live in the Netherlands and they do not respond on my calls), they told me that the machine needs to be replaced but since then I didn’t hear anything from them anymore (last message was 18/06/2025, today is 1/07/2025). And I still need help with my issue!!!

Amazing product

I am so impressed with the grill. the smoke option is amazing and so easy to clean. 100% recommend if you have limited space or in need of electric option. I have used mine everyday since purchasing.
