Mercedes was quick, friendly and helpful.

We had a color issue with a batch of patches, but Ninja corrected the problem right away and sent new patches ASAP. Customer service is excellent.

After some back-and-forth with the company, they have offered to reprint my patches.

Based upon this I am adjusting my rating to three stars.

I will revisit when new order arrives.
For context: I am not new to patch-making, for the last 7 years I have been ordering patches, over 1000 per year. I am part of a patch community that produces many thousand patches per year...in short I know what I am talking about.

I recently gave Ninja Patches a try on some orders because I have been VERY impressed with Ninja Transfers.

Unfortunately my experiences on 2 orders were frankly, terrible. The first patch (embroidered) was very poor quality and the colors did not match what I ordered. Some of the patches have noticeable holes on them. The second patch I decided to pay for the proofing service, which I highly recommend others NOT to do. It is not a proof in the sense that competitors provide, they simply send your picture back to you with some arrows that said "Merrowed Border" and "image". 20 dollars for that is an absolute scam. To top it off, when the patch came...again the colors did not match. When I contacted support they told me "It's important to remember that digital proofs can sometimes appear different from the actual physical patch." So I paid for a proof for literally nothing?

The only somewhat good thing is that the patches are sent from Pakistan directly to me. As bad as the patches were, at least they got to me 2-3 days faster than competitors (but the competitors at least have some level of quality assurance check before they send them out).

Very helpful in answering questions about a lot of products to guide me through selection.

Dishonest company. Ordered 3 by 2 inch patches and they sent 1 by 3 inch. Would not accept returns. They use a "catch all" with proportionate size being the overall deciding factor. I was never contacted to ensure i was okay with the size difference. Horrible customer service. Take your business else where.

We love Ninja. The quality is above and baying and we will not go elsewhere!

I loved the price and the Free Proof Approval Before Production.

Terrible. Took a month to get to me and I couldn't get a straight answer on why after following up multiple times. Once the patches finally arrived I was so disappointed in how they turned out. They changed elements of my design and totally missed other details. Tried reaching out to see if they would make it right and they refused. Offered a measly 30%. Low quality product produced by thieves. STAY AWAY.

Also adding the "brandon" that replied never got back to me when I emailed them upon their request. They don't care about you. Again. Good riddance. Check out Lonestar Adhesive or Stahls if you want a reliable company with integrity.

Fast answer, polite and clear demands

first time ordering from Ninja Patches. No set up fee. No minimum which was great. Very easy to order custom patches. Turn around time was pretty quick. faster than expected. Patches turned out great. I made a second order and Arliz was kind enough to make the reorder super easy.

Five stars - The customer service in the chat was exceptional, and the agent went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied! Will definitely be placing another order soon!

Our first order had flaws in the stitching that were disappointing, and we didn't feel great about sharing this product with our community. Upon contacting customer service and a few emails back and forth, they agreed to redo the order.

The new patches look GREAT and meet all of our expectations. Glad that we ordered early and were not strapped for time to get them redone.

Great service. Advice: Order the better stuff. Got what I asked for. Should have spend a few more cents to get what I actually wanted - a better patch. Cheap is not always better. My fault. Great price though!

After placing my order for patches, Mark communicated with me quickly, within a day, with suggestions for what would work best for my design. After reviewing his suggestions and approving my final order he quickly sent my order processing and updated my invoice. Great communication and speedy processing. My patches look great.
