I ordered some patches I had a deadline…
I ordered some patches I had a deadline for. It's wasn't a super tight deadline so wasn't sure i needed to pay the extra for expedited. I reached out to discuss this and Ronald helped me out. He was honest and didn't push me to pay to have it expedited when it didn't need to. He was also super quick to respond to my emails with him.

New and Improved Patches
Gabriel Dugger reached out to me and we worked on a new order of patches to replace a previous order as they didn't come out as expected. They new patches are great and we have started using them on hats and shirts. It was a great experience and we plan on ordering again soon!

Patch logo cut off concerns.
I had concerns about my logo being cut off due to the small preview box on checkout but "Cristalyn" resolved my concerns and had me upload my logo to our chat to double check and confirm that the full image will be on the patches.
