Mark understood and rectified the situation despite it not being his mistake. he was quick and polite.

Mark was very understanding of my issue and quickly resolved it, in a way that wasn’t going to cost me more money which I sincerely appreciate!

We have ordered DTF transfers from Ninja several times and have always been pleased with the quality and turnaround. The only issues we’ve had were with the UPS delivery but Ninja customer service found me the answers I needed as well as taking care of any problems immediately. Annika at Ninja did a fantastic job of helping me so I could fulfill my orders for my company. Sometimes I have tight deadlines and they’ve really come through.

This was amazing. I ordered them and less than I don't even think it's been 4 days. I had the most amazing pictures that I could transfer onto my quilt. A fabric quilt with dark print. They were so easy. So quick, so easy to iron on everything about this was absolutely awesome.Highest recommendation

Their was a issue with shipping not ninjas fault but they stepped right up an made it right graphics are exactly what I ordered an look great an the customer service was on point an friendly definitely gonna order more from them

I placed a last minute order without realizing I had a toddler size clothing item needing a transfer. I reached out via email asking for a change to be made and it wasn’t caught before printing. So they printed me a scaled down design for free and were able to ship it alongside my original order. Top notch. The product is quality too.
