I would like to share a bad experience…
I would like to share a bad experience that I had with Grainger Nissan of Anderson. I bought a BRAND NEW 2022 Nissan Sentra on 25 April 2023 and the NEXT DAY the radio and screen went out. This car is ONE DAY old and covered under a full warranty. Grainger Nissan of Anderson has had this car 5 out of the 20 days that I have owned the car and they still have not fixed the problem and they still have the car in their service department. I was told that teh car would be ready today and they have not even bothered to call me. I would recommend anyone searching to buy a new car to NOT buy from Grainger Nissan of Anderson. If they will NOT fix a NEW car 1 day after purchased and covered by a warranty, what will happen 6 months down the road.
