Wouldn't recommend as I feel there are better more accurate sites that can target more ideal clients. In the 2 months I'd been with them on the speed plan I gained approx. 250ish followers, which was far less than what I had expected upon signing up. I did receive great customer serivce when I reached out to the team, but it was always a constant " something happened in our server"
Overall, I cancelled my subscription as I felt I was growing my own following quicker than nitreo was.

This company is a true fake and I sue them now at Court as they are illegally running a software on my Instagram account although I am not their customer anymore and this software is still deleting my own followers! I of course ran all security settings on my account but this company is too stupid or simply fully criminal in order to set an end to their software. They are breaching every aspect of GDPR and are true criminals. Police & Instagram are actively investigating towards Nitreo for fraud.

Service does not actually do much for growing your followers. They have great marketing (really good website marketing) but they don't deliver. Everything sounds good on paper but I have been very disappointed after 3 months in. Signed an annual contract too and no shot of getting a refund. Support also takes days to get back to you and they just give you the run around answer which i'm pretty sure is a template they use.

Tried it, was very patient over 6 weeks and other than seeing the people I follow increase I had less than 100 new followers. First they blamed it on my account, then on instagram changing their algorithm, then they stopped responding to my follow ups, and finally today replied to my email and agreed to refund me. When I requested that they remove all the people they followed on my behalf, their answer was: As we have an instability affecting the accounts, it's not possible to set the automation to automatically do this." So now I have to remove over 400 people from my list of following really annoying. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I can see there haven't been some great reviews on here about Nitreo but I have had a great experience. There have been some hick-ups but Nitreo's customer service has been amazing. They took a little time to get back at times but when they did they sorted everything out for me. There was an issue with my account and so it was not working for a while, they looked into it and got things running and also gave me a full refund when they realised I had been charged for time when it wasn't working. To be honest I didn't expect them to do it as I haven't had great experience with growth services in the past but they really went above and beyond and proved to me that they really are trying to be a good service.
We didnt get by any means a massive following in a short time but when we paid for speed we got a really good steady growth of followers in a short enough time and a growth that I was more than happy with. Of course if you can do it yourself go ahead but if you dont have time and want to take the guess work and thinking out of it then choose Nitreo.
In terms of the follow unfollow, the growth was steady and good and I know some reviews say they can do that themselves but this service takes the thinking out of it, it also helps avoid following too many or unfollowing to many and your account getting banned. As long as your account hasn't been flagged previously for misuse before using Nitreo I feel there should be no issue using their service. Honestly it takes the hassle out of following and unfollowing strategy and works away in the background. If you are happy with this strategy I really feel Nitro is one of the best out there on the market at the minute (I have tried many). I really wish you well Nitreo and hope you continue with your great customer service because this is where you could really excel above the others. Looks like scammers. Purchased the product on 27 Oct, but for the whole week, there were no activities. After some activities made, my account got blocked and Instagram made me change the password many times, also I got emails for suspect activities. After the request of a refund, the customer service doesn't reply anymore.
‘Warm up’ process started on 3rd Nov. Account ‘Pretty much done warming up’ on 6th November. And account ‘Active!’ On 9th November.
We are a start up nutritional company who values every HOUR of social media work, so when Nitreo told us to stop liking and following so they could do it, we took a huge risk in doing so.
For the last 4 days, you have literally followed about 50 accounts. I have gained no followers, no likes, no additional engagement, but most importantly I have wasted the last 7 days not being able to do anything and properly interact with my following because you assured me I shouldn’t due to the risk of ‘over activity’. I am now losing followers, you aren’t responding to my emails, and I have asked for a refund 5 times.
I’m curious, ‘Andy’, will you be paying me for 7 days of wasted time alongside the premium package refund? Or do you get the fall of my online engagement as a trophy of some sort for being completely incompetent?

I paid for my subscription and changed my mind right after that. I decided to sign up again because I had a discount code to use. I asked their support if they could just refund me the discount. They told me I had to sign up again in order to do that and wait until I was refunded later. I didn't receive a refund a week later, so I disputed it with my bank thinking there was an issue - which I only thought due to the fact Nitreo kept telling me that I was refunded through Paypal. I logged into Paypal to use my credit card, so the payment was made on my credit card. My bank gave me a temporary credit, thats what they do. I then contacted Nitreo again, and they told me in order to sign up again with the discount I would have to cancel my dispute so they could refund me. So, I cancel it. I email them again. They tell me they already refunded me (again, this is a week later from when I canceled my dispute with my bank). I ask them when they refunded me so I know when to expect it. The bank thinks they've scammed me, and I think so too at this point because they repeatedly refused to answer my questions about when they refunded me. It seems like they have stalled this whole process to push the date out so they can finally say oh we can't refund you now, its too late. You can't have the discount which was the only reason you wanted to keep the service in the first place. Emailing them about this has been a huge study in deflecting questions and saying it's out of their hands so that I just get stuck with a years subscription. Absolutely unprofessional and very disappointing. I now have NO SUBSCRIPTION AND PAID $350 DOLLARS. I can't even believe it.

I really think they have amazing customer service - my account wasn’t doing anything and it was confusing me and they have been doing the most to sort it out but most importantly keeping me well informed - it’s only been a short while but so far they have been the best.
Hopefully you searched the internet for reviews prior to giving this company any money. I’m not happy with the services they provided. As a matter of fact, after about a month or so they just quit doing anything. To top it off, it’s difficult to cancel. Save your money.

I have been using nitreo to promote my online business and so far i find it a valuable tool in my marketing toolbox.
its not perfect, the app can be a bit tricky sometimes and it took a while for the effects to really start showing. first month i only got a few followers, but it did pick up a lot once the ball staryed rolling.
It's OK. Don't expect miracles. I decided to test it on a brand new test account and in one month followers increased from 25 to 180. However, i am now following 690+ accounts which I had no intention to follow. To be honest, I didn't really need to pay someone 50 bucks to follow a bunch of random accounts hoping 1 in 4 would follow me back. I can do that myself . For 50 bucks I expected something a little more professional. For this reason I will not renew my membership.

I have paid 1 Year speed account subscription since Mid September 2020. starting of good 2 weeks that the account did generated approx 250-300 new followers. However regarding likes that I did not seen a huge effect.
It ends up i do need to pay post boost service on instagram for getting new posts more likes and viewing.
shortly after entering 3rd week, the instagram account got action blocked yesterday. it has been resulting that I could not post , like etc for 7 days. From their website, they did mentioned that our account will be safe and will not be banned by Instagram....... very disappointed that this action blocked is a huge issue as the account is for my company and this action blocked has mess up our daily marketing daily post schedule ...........
Therefore, I have written to their customer service to ask refund of the remaining 11 month subscription since that I do not think that this service can be reliable for long run .......
