Their Customer Service is non existent. The day I received their mineral drops, I requested to return & refund. Auto message said someone would contact me shortly. It's been over 45 days. Every few days they send ads trying to sell me more products, but nothing about returning my purchase. I, too, was signed up for a subscription, which I immediately cancelled. I never opened & it remains in pristine packaging awaiting return.

Terrible. I ordered the thyroid support drops, they sent me the tanning ones. They wouldn’t refund me. Customer service is terrible, I don’t think I was actually speaking with a real person since they seemed to not understand the issue. They said they would give me a 50% refund and that never happened. Terrible company. Maybe a SCAM even.

Similar experience to others. Ordered Nivie Skin Nutrition drops on Sep 14th, received a completely different product on Oct 14th labeled Sorelle Watermelon Tanning drops that contained different ingredients from what was listed on the website.

Scam company do not support.

First off, you will be signed up for a subscription whether or not you choose too, secondly, once you receive all these extra bottles that you didn’t order, they won’t honor a return even though they say they give you 30 days if the packaging is unopened. Their excuse is it’s a food product so they can’t restock it. BS! I’ll be causing this company problems on any review site I can find. Absolute scam.

Not sure what everyone else is talking about in the reviews. They taste yummy, cost effective, and it definitely has helped with getting darker. I can’t really comment on if the vitamins help yet but they definitely haven’t hurt. Only issue I’ve had, which is more of a my body issue and not a product issue is that the tanning has brought out freckles more than anything. I am a bit darker overall but the freckles have gotten extreme. But again, that’s a me problem and not a product issue.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service

I ordered the Advanced Mineral Formula from Nivie Organics, but instead I received a completely different product — Skin Nutrition Drops. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it was “the same product with new packaging” and only offered a 50% refund, even though the product listing and labeling did not match what I ordered.

I followed up multiple times and gave them seven days to resolve the issue, as their own refund policy allows for a full refund in cases of incorrect orders. After receiving no resolution or refund, I have had to file disputes and complaints with consumer protection agencies to recover my money.

It’s very disappointing to see a company that markets itself as transparent and ethical handle a clear mistake in this way. I hope they make meaningful changes to how they treat their customers — but for now, I cannot recommend ordering from Nivie Organics.

Bought two bottles, still wasn’t shipped 1 month after ordering. My request for refund was ignored.

Realized the bottles came from china, then when i got the package, they are branded as Sorelle tanning drops not nivie.

I had a Thyroidectomy 10 years ago. Suddenly my prescription is not working and is being adjusted. It is a process. In the meantime, I have been reading about things I can do to help myself. I jumped on NIVIE, and within a few hours to realize these drops would not help me since I DO NOT have a thyroid. I contacted the company immediately, and received a reply saying my SUBSCRIPTION was cancelled. Then a few days later I was notified my ORDER was being processed! I reconnected the company to again, CANCEL my order. No reply. A week later I wrote them again using a different method, only received AUTOREPLY. Then I received notice of impending delivery, again I reached out asking if I should REFUSE delivery or wait for a LABEL? Two days ago I received the product and yesterday I paid $10 to return the $48 product. This morning I awoke to an email from Sandra stating NO RETURN & NO REFUND! Horrible, Customer Service! I ordered this by mistake, what a nightmare! Their "customer service" is AI and I requested cancellation for the order hours after ordering it. I kept getting crap email replies and then a week later they shipped it and said oh well, its on its way. Let us know if you need anything when it arrives. Now I have to try to get my money back. Run away!

I had a very disappointing experience with Nivie. I was charged for an order I did not authorize after canceling my subscription. The company promised in writing to refund both of my orders—one of which caused an allergic reaction—but after three weeks of waiting, they changed their story and claimed one refund could no longer be processed.

I had to contact my bank and file a dispute to get my money back because Nivie failed to follow through. Their communication was inconsistent and delayed, and I was left waiting for weeks with no resolution.

Customers deserve honesty, reliability, and accountability—none of which I received here. Be careful before placing an order or subscribing.

The worst company Don’t buy from them .They’re not in California. They ship it from China and also bad chemicals in it. They don’t even do a return.

Don't order from this "company". Their products are junk. I received the sun drops (whatever there hell that is) instead of the mineral drops I ordered in hopes it would help my thyroid condition.

Their promise of a full refund is a lie. I've been communicating via email with an AI bot (who signs their email as company owner) for two weeks. They keep offering partial refunds or excuses.

I finally got them to agree to refund but it's been over a week and no sign of my money being returned.

They state in their email that it may take an additional 15 business days too process the refund which is BS.

Buyer beware!!!! Don't do it.

The very worst company I’ve dealt with. I got scammed. Their drops are not as advertised. I contacted them twice to resolve the issue. Talk about being gaslighted. They should be shut down.

Was sent the wrong product. Contacted them according to their website-received zero reply. Can't sent the wrong product back. So I'm stuck with something I didn't order.

I ordered the mineral drops from Nivie and received the sun protection drops. I notified the company that they had sent me the wrong product and their response was a mindblower. They told me that I received the mineral drops that I ordered just in different packaging so they could save money and there was no need for me to return it that I could have total confidence in what I had received. Looking at the label on the back of the bottle which was written so tiny, I actually had to take a picture of it and blow the picture up. It’s just basic vitamins so no I did not get the minerals that I ordered. I have requested a return label and a refund. I have very little confidence that I will ever get it. If I do, I will change my review and if I don’t, it will stay the same. In what world ever would accompany put a different product in a bottle in box? No valid one that’s for sure. These people are total scammers.

Nivie.co is a scam company and the same company as Nivie.com. They will take your money and you won't see any shipping updates nor will you get your package. Now I'm forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Customer Service is a JOKE. I ordered and canceled my order (well, tried to) within TEN MINUTES of purchasing. The company never responded to me until after the order shipped, and claim that because the order already shipped, they cant give me my money back. Not my fault, nor my problem. The best they offered me was 20% of my money back. Absolutely unacceptable and the customer service team just responds with vague “we understand your concern” crap. I’ve never written a review of a product before in my life. This has been a multi-day issue with these people. Don’t even bother.

Don’t waste your money. Terrible customer service. I didn’t receive my full order and their customer service team took over 2 months to respond. They won’t refund me the missing item or ship it to me. Such a scam.

Absolute scam. Offers a thirty day refund guarantee but they then tell you it can’t be returned because it is classed as food, then start trying to offer 20% back. So far we have made it to 70%
But I don’t believe I will ever see a dime.
This is totally an instagram scam
