I received a partial order. The package was poorly sealed. I’m surprised any of the bottles made it to me. As everyone else has mentioned, the first couple of contacts I made with them, were super kind, apologetic and sounded promising. But that didn’t last. I patiently waited an entire month for an update from them regarding replacement of the missing bottles or receipt of replacement. Neither came. I got ghosted aka scammed. Lesson learned…ALWAYS check reviews BEFORE ordering! Had I known it was coming from China, I would’ve passed on the order. They are probably pissed off at the tariffs and have the chapped butt syndrome. Yep, another lesson learned!

Wish I’d looked at trust pilot before I purchased. I had an issue with my delivery and never received my order- I have emailed several times with no reply - despite the automated reply saying they will do so within 4 hours (ha!).

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Paid for the “deal” of 5 bottles and never received my product. Tried to email the company and keep getting the run around. Offered a replacement shipment… umm no-thanks since I still haven’t even received my original order and no longer want the product with summer basically over. Terrible customer service.

AWFUL! Product arrived damaged and shipped from China. When I tried to communicate with the organisation for a refund they refused this and wouldn't allow me to return it. They then negotiated a 90% refund (apparently I have to pay for the shipping even though the product was faulty and poor quality). Then I did not even receive the full 90%. What landed in my account was closer to 70%. They then stopped responding to my emails. Total scam

It took 2 weeks for these drops to arrive from China. I’ve also been using them everyday for 3 weeks with NO CHANGE IN MY SKIN COLOUR. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

How this company has anything higher than 1 star is beyond me! They are a completely fake company with an extremely legitimate looking website. They claim they are based out of Florida but the fake shipping information they send you is from China (they haven’t quite figured out how to falsify shipping to make it look like it’s originating from within the US). That was my first red flag. I emailed them multiple times asking why it was shipping from China. No reply of course. The 2nd red flag was on their website it says you are prohibited from disputing with your credit card company for lost or missing packages. Well guess what? My “package” is missing! But they have proof of delivery! Yep, they sent photos of some random package in front of a random house that is NOT my house! Thank goodness I paid with my Amex because they already refunded the transaction when I promptly ignored this fake company’s fake policy about filing a dispute! Nice try a-holes! I have to admit I’m ashamed that this is the 2nd time in less than a month that I’ve been scammed online shopping. Fool me once shame on you… Never again. Checking with trust pilot before any shopping to new websites.

Long story short, Nivie is a scam from my experience. Here’s the long story: I ordered Nivie sunless tanning drops on impulse after seeing a social media ad. After the purchase is when I did my research and decided I’d have to return the drops A) because the level of vitamin B12 in them is contraindicated with a medication I am taking, and B) the drops are not evidenced-based, not FDA-approved nor controlled, and not likely to be effective. The product arrived in the mail and I promptly initiated a return per the company’s protocol by sending an email with a photo of the unopened product, photo of the shipping material it arrived in with my address, a screenshot of the proof of purchase, the order #, and reason for return. I received an automated email back from the owner of Nivie stating that the team would reply within four hours to address my concern. And then I was ghosted. I sent another polite email the next day and never heard anything ever again. Buyer Beware!

Total scam! Bought the 2 bottles, I'm on the second now, after some weeks and still as pale as when I started. Rubbish don't waste your money! I have taken daily and even contacted them to confirm dosage. Ms AI bot wasn't much help!

Really bad product! Save your money and run as fast as you can from this scam. Zero results after one month using daily.

Never recieved my order. They said they would give me half my money back, I feel like if it was legit they would have resent the product. A company could make a lot of money keeping half the cash.

Can’t really say what this company is about. Maybe they are genuine maybe not.

Ordered 2 bottles of tanning drops, they arrived in a sticky orange plastic bag because one of the bottles had been broken in transit. I photographed the parcel and emailed the company, had a lovely response (AI generated possibly) and a promise that the Shipping department would be in touch. Two weeks passed, nothing, a follow up email, lovely response, still nothing. Another week and I said you know what forget it, Just refund me. Aaannnd NOTHING. I then decided to put in a claim via my bank, surprisingly the very next day they contacted me offering me 70% of the cost, because they have expenses. I turned them down, reminding them that their shipping would be insured, and the goods received were from a company called Milano not Nivie. So what I ordered was not what I received, massive issues with communication & action, and couldn’t tell you if the drops work or not.

My advice, don’t spend your hard earned money with these guys, they don’t deserve your business.

Absolute scam. Took over a month to get here from china and it’s all chemical bullshit. Doesn’t work and it’s super bad for you!!!

I ordered 6 bottles at the beginning of June, I still haven't received them, I have emailed the company 6 times and each time have been ignored. Don't buy from this company, it is not based in the USA as there website states

Ordered over a month ago. Nothing received. What a waste of time and money.

Tried to cancel my order within the 1 hour cancellation window and they said my order was already processed for shipping so it could not be cancelled. They told me to try the drops. Shipping took almost 1 month to receive my product that according to them shipped out so fast!

When I received the “Milano drops” made in China I emailed for a refund and for return instructions. They offered me a 12 percent refund. I emailed back with a screen shot from the website of the return policy with full refund no questions asked within 30 days. After many back and forth emails I finally did receive my refund. I do not buy the rebranding lie and do not feel safe taking drops that are not as advertised.

Order took a month to get here. Came from China NOT Florida. I wanted them for my wedding so that didn't work out. They weren't even Nivie drops, looks like some cheap stuff off Temu. I tried them for a few weeks, no change in skin tone. Requested to return my unopened bottles and was just dismissed. THEY DO NOT ADHERE TO THEIR POLICIES. I filed with the BBB and I encourage others to do so as well. Let's drive this false advertiser out of business.

I emailed the company to cancel my order within the hour time frame of ordering, as per their own website policies. My order was not cancelled, the email was not replied to, and I just got notified that the order shipped. I will be following up with the company, by email only as that's the only way to contact them, but I am not impressed that my email was not answered and my order was shipped anyways.

Ordered on 04.05.25, arrived on 13.05.25 smashed. Have been chasing and asking for a replacement of refund since. Getting fobbed off or ignored.

Scam products and won't honor the money back guarantee! Don't work and don't buy!!!

Despite the message below, this company DID NOT do either of the 2 things they offered. There was NO refund and they DID NOT send another shipment urgently. When I reached out again for the 4th time, they responded that it's too bad and I'll just have to continue to wait. What a horrible company. Do not be fooled by their courteous responses to the reviews - its all fake!!

I placed my order May 19, despite the concerns in some reviews. I was impressed with the company response to the reviews and figured it was a temporary issue that was resolved. June 3 I had word that shipping has ‘received parcel information’ then nothing. There have been no updates and product has not actually shipped and it’s been nearly a month since I have ordered. I emailed their contact 3 times and no response from any except an auto reply from 1. Do not recommend this company. I wasn’t expecting Amazon next day service, but this is unreasonable.
