Feedback well taken
The company considers the customer as 'King'. I expressed my dissatisfaction (in my review/ feedback) with my last transaction involving the replacement of some stuff. The management explained the logistics which made my request difficult for them to meet. We had a reasonable and forthright discussion. What can I do, as a returning customer than accept? Apart from this latest transaction, they have been brilliant in the past, sha.

The company had let me know that the packaged was damaged during it's journey and offered me a refund or a re-delivery with the item intact due to having insurance.
I got my re-delivery and I would use this company again to buy items from them.
