They charged me 60€ for extra…

They charged me 60€ for extra kilometers without mentioning in their website neither when I was picking up the car. They say is written in rental agreement but I didn’t receive the rental agreement since their system failed to generate my confirmation even though I paid successfully. I had to contact them several times to solve the issue even I asked them to send the confirmation PDF, but they just shared the confirmation code and nothing more!!! During the process of getting the car, nobody explained you anything, except they asked for 300€ deposit , even you get full insurance and a signature without any explanation. Be cautious with them! Not recommended at all!!!

Great experience

I have used Niza Car Hire previously a few years back and again this month when visiting Barcelona Airport. Booked online the smallest car available (cheapest) with full Insurnace cover (covering any damage that may occur) arrived at Barcelona airport, went to the Niza Car Mini bus collection point as the office site is about 8 minutes ride away from the main terminal, did the paperwork with 10 mins with a friendly young guy who offered us an upgrade for £3 a day to a bigger car as he felt what we picked was too small for three guys. The car was brand new with 100 km on the clock. The car was brilliant, we handed back after refuelling at nearby petrol station and my fuel deposit was returned (well deleted from pending transactions) same day. Great service on this occasion

They tried to charge me for a scratch that I didn't do, luckily I recorded a video the first day and could proof them that the scratch was already there.

I booked a Fiat 500. They don't even own that car, so of course I didn't get it.

NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY - STAY AWAY
Disgusting person - I have never met a more bully and self loving assistent. He was a big man with overweight. The time of waiting was more than an hour. When a customer a head of me complained about the waiting time the assistent replyed: Complain to the head office and cancel your contract.
There website is by the way blocked for contact???
He didnt care at all. When it was my turn the assistent tried all his trick to sell me extra insurance. I told him to stop and he became furios an talked about respect and other crab. He did first blood by trying to cheat me. He wrote bad things in the contract trying to scare me. He put in 2200 euros in deposit despite in my contract with Discovercars it was only 1700 euro.
He didnt respect me or other customers - bad bad bad!!
THIS DISGUSTING PERSON SHOULd BE FIRED RIGHT NOW.
HE EXPLOITS - IN A BULLY WAY - HIS POSITION TO PRESSURE CUSTOMER INTO BUYING UNNECESSARY INSURANCE.
The other assistent and the drive were nice people.
I will never go again to Nizacars. SHAME ON YOU BAD PERSON.

The BEST rent a car

The transfer from the airport to their premises worked perfectly, the communication was excellent, as well as the return to the airport, we got a much better car than what we paid for, everything was explained in detail, the staff is to be commended. One big scam! Avoid at all cost.

Highly unfriendly and rude staff. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay an enormous deposit of 3000 euro's - even higher than the one mentioned in the booking. When I refused, they told me that I could also pay 280 euro's extra, to forfeit the deposit. The whole thing stinked like a huge money-grabbing scam, so I left. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Service was excellent. Lola, the Customer Service Agent was courteous, helpful and efficient. She explained all the hire options to me and it was a pleasure to deal with her. The car was new, clean, tidy and ready to go.

UNMARKED SHUTTLE STATIONS, UNMARKED SHUTTLES, UNKNOWN DRIVERS AND GRUMPY OFFICERS.
I was forced to pay a fine of 100 euros because I was late picking up the vehicle even though the plane was 3 hours late, and they knew because I informed them which flight I was arriving on.
I returned the vehicle on time and in perfect condition but
a week has passed and my deposit has not been returned yet, 1400 euros?!
Should I file a legal dispute?

DISHONEST CONDUCT


Be warned. This company is operating dishonestly and will attempt to charge you for exceeding a 2,000km limit, despite the booking being sold as unlimited mileage.

They will also charge your card for fictitious damage after the vehicle is returned including damage that was already present at the time of collection.

Take note, and refer to itger previous comments. Do not allow yourself to be trapped by these scammers.
