I recently contacted NJS Law after a road traffic accident which was not my fault. They were extremely helpful and talked me through the whole process of attempting to claim compensation. I contacted this firm to help me make a…
I contacted this firm to help me make a medical claim after suffering and being misdiagnosed for 30 years. When they contacted me the lady I spoke to did not seem interested in my story at all. She hardly spoke just grunted and so I didn’t feel comfortable to talk about the whole issue and gave the parts that were most concerning in my eyes. To then be told that they weren’t going to take my case any further. Really disappointing service and your staff seem to lack empathy.
