Fast delivery, well packed, great job!

They sold me a badly mismade product, take weeks to respond to a well documented complaint about this, then proceed to try and bully me into sending it back for a return of max. 75% of the product value because the paper packaging on it is not intact (which has to be torn off in order to evaluate the purchase).

Did I mention they pretend that laws don't apply to them? Their return procedure poses demands that directly contradict basic consumer laws.

Scammers. Do not trust.

Knives and Tools can certainly sell and deliver you a product like no-one else, just dont expect much in terms of after sales service. Ive had failed over-seas deliveries, recieved rust on blades and broken knives from them. Ended up solving these issues by myself at the end of the day. For that they get a two-star from me.

I’m not first buyer from UK but let me tell you how amazing they are and even delivery doesn’t take that long to uk. Consumer service like a never had before as I got replacement even after a year since purchase date ( manufacturing fault ) without some great cooperation and help from them. Will be buying again 100% !

Ordered a knife for my lads birthday, it never turned up.
When I checked on the ups courier site (after a week), it said that they had tried to deliver it but no one was in to receive it - total BS, as I had been in al day - so it went to the ups warehouse.
Spoke to their sales consultant (who had this review flagged as it had his name in - seems that you really do a poor job and get away with it, so much for reviews), who said no problem, will get it redelivered, still didn't turn up, after staying in every day to accept it.
As it was the boys birthday today (another week later), I had to go into town and buy a knife as a belated present, while getting grief from the boy and his Mum.
Email the company to ask for the non delivered knife order to be cancelled and a refund arranged, got a reply saying that once the knife is safely back in their ware house, they will refund me - as the courier fail to deliver it to me, I'm not holding my breath and will be addressing the problem with my back as I consider it online fraud.
Save yourself the hassle and buy from a British company, you might pay a few quid more, but there is more chance that you will get it and hopefully they will have better communication skills, which this company sadly lacks in.
Edit - (25/09/22) I think it is pretty amazing that they can't be bothered to answer emails sent to them, but as soon as a bad review appears on here, they are onto it straight away - too little, too late
EDIT - (26/09/22) had to edit out the sales persons name - the one who didn't do their job properly - as knivesandtools are apparently more concerned about that, than actually being concerned about customer satisfaction. I have had more emails from them over this review than I had from them, when I was trying to track down my knife, just shows where their priority's lie :-(

Excellent and swift service, and amazing and thoughtful selection of products.

I looked to buy the Benchman Osbourn 940 CF. However you were charging £339.45. However I have just brought this in the UK and paid no postage. I saved £70.00.
I used to think you were cheaper, looks as if you spend time looking around you can save a lot.

My girlfriend bought me a sencut knife as a birthday gift, we are from portugal and after 20 days we still havent recieved it, and now they sent us an email asking to write a review on the knife… i dont know if this is just a misunderstanding but it is annoying.

Solid and reliable company with a friendly staff and excellent customer service. They provide good information about their products aswell as on stock and shipment. I don't hesitate to give them a call with a question or remark and they always take me seriously. As far as I'm concerned they set an example for how an online business2consumer company should interact. Well done and highly recommended. Thank you!
