Hi I had great service from this company .I stopped using NMN when I heard an interview with David Sinclair re cancer and NMN.The question was,Should someone with cancer use NMN.He answered no as it would encourage the cancer cells to grow.Dormant cancer cells could be activated.I felt David Sinclair should have warned the public of this whilst promoting it on the many Web sites.Istopped immediately taking nmn.

Effective product. Good price point. Previous issues with website/shipping seem fixed.
Ordered supplements after a personal recommendation despite some negative reviews online. Very glad I did. Have always opted for budget supplements with varying success but the high quality of these seem to be worth the price point. Noticing better results after just a couple of weeks use. Have not had the same poor experience as others with regards to website navigation, shipping etc. Found everything was clearly communicated. Company seems to have addressed the issue from previous reviewers and I feel confident in ordering from them again.

Didn't receive my package
Didn't receive my package. Have emailed a number of times to get this resolved, but would only receive responses for promotions until I ended my subscription. I was told they would look into it and send another batch, neither of these things have happened and I've had no response to my request for a refund.
In terms of whether the product itself was useful I only used it for one month as I never received my second pack so I don't think I can comment on the effectiveness. However, this experience and Dr Michael Greger's Webinar about the science behind NAD+ supplements (The Best Way to Boost NAD Supplements vs Diet Webinar) helped me make my decision on whether to continue with this subscription and company.

Renewing Subscription Without Permission
I get suspicious when a company makes it hard to contact them. I emailed them to cancel a subscription they reactivated without my permission. The email bounced back as it's not recognised - hmmm.
I managed to cancel my subscription on their site, though they don't make that easy. I've asked them to remove all my details, as I will never buy from them again. Let's see if they comply.

Quality products, poor customer service system, logistical problems!
The PRODUCT does seem to be of good quality and I was feeling better generally after more than 6 months of taking NMN and TMG. So I was annoyed to have lost the benefit of that after missing 4 weeks of it.
Poor customer service, poor LOGISTICS, a confusing and stressful system for the customer to negotiate when there is an issue. I’ve had a similar experience to Stephen Byrne (see his separate Trust Pilot review) missing almost a month of supplements because of late, then failed shipping and tracking. They were unable to find out what Evri had done with the shipment. The only thing we knew for sure was that it had not been delivered.
NMN Bio needs to sort out its supply-chain and have a more effective customer service system / platform. After more than a dozen email exchanges over THREE WEEKS with customer service replying from a nondescript gorgias.com email address (not a nmnbio.com email - leaving me worried I had been scammed, or my account hacked), I eventually received the order around 3 weeks after it was due.
Since I wrote this review (on 15th Sept) I was contacted and informed all my future orders have been updated to priority shipping, hopefully this will avoid a repeat of what happened in August. They are also sending out a complimentary 500mg NMN in October to make up for the month of supplements I missed. So I have, in light of this, upgraded this review from 2-star to 3.
