Ordered 2 very expensive julekalendar. A long time later, no delivery dispatch note, no products. I have been in touch several times and the customer care agent is all "we are waiting too!". How is that helpful to the paying customer? So unprofessional. And still no product. Scam? Stay away.

Great selection, good prices

I placed an order and right after placing the
I wanted to cancel my order. I followered the instruction on how to cancell my order. I recieved a mail from customer service they have recieved my mail and it can take up to 24 to 48 hour. Today i recieve a mail stated they have sendt my order.
Very poor service and do not take in customer consideration

A really good online store, i am able to find here things that are not available locally. They usually have a lot of dicounts and discount coupons that you receive in email which makes a huge difference in the purchases. Really satisfied so far.

DO NOT ORDER!
Orderer a small gift, but kept getting updates that the item was not available yet so it was not shipped. After a week without the package being sent I had to buy the gift somewhere else. Asked Lookfantastic to cancel the order, but was told it was impossible as the product was on the way to their warehouse. Asked for an explanation, but did not get any. One week later the item was shipped (2 weeks after the initial order). I haven't received the order yet, but it sounds wrong to me that you cant cancel an order before its shipped.

I waited 3 weeks for delivery... Other things is ok

Have earlier been satisfied with their service, but this time my package was opened . Content inside was not even sealed or protected. Now I won’t know if someone has used the content and its dirty due to the bad packing/sealing.
Not going to buy anything more here after this.

Order 273933283. While I was paying for the order using Klarna, appeared a mistake that the payment didn't go through. So I chose another payment method and paid for my order with the credit card. In the end I paid 2 times for the order. In my account I can see that only one order was placed and one order was delivered to me, but I paid 2 times for it. It happened in February. Since February I've been trying to get the money back for the mistake of lookfantastic.com. The support is sooooo slow. The last update I received was a week ago and they said that I would receive a reply from their finance team in 72 hours max. I've been waiting a week already, I'm really tired of contacting your support! Before this incident my experience was really positive, but now I'd think twice before ordering anything from them. There are tons of other online shops nowadays. Give me back my money!!!!

I liked this website before but now I am not sure about it because my last order was a disaster. They did not inform me that some of my items are not available but still charged me. I was just surprised that i my order was incomplete and if i did not message them they will not tell me that some of the items are unavailable 😒 Until now I still haven't receive the refund! I don't recommend this or just use their option klarna if they have if you order!

This is my first experience with this site. The package has been sent but, it took so long time to receive. When I informed via Facebook, my order has been cancelled and refunded my payment. After a long period package received to me when I was ready to leave the country. Then, I informed the situation and they sorted it out. Specially, Maria understood my situation and helped me very kindly. Thank you Maria for your great service.

I am very happy with Lookfantastic beauty boxes, I find it an excellent way to get to know new products and approach new brands with different characteristics and formulations. I did not received my order after along time that and there is no update about the order status. It is very frostrating.

Ordered too norway. Took 2-3 weeks. Good price

I must admit I should have read the fine print, but to my surprise Lookfantastic had not managed to handle the new import rules for Norway. Most other web sites have managed to charge the buyer what is needed to import what is purchased. This is the only international company I have ordered from this Christmas that has resulted in a price increase of NOK 290 due to missing toll payment by the sender which in turn then resulted in a huge handling fee for me as well. My shampoo ended up costing me double what I paid at Lookfantastic. I cannot buy anything else from them until these issues are resolved as they have good routines for shipments to Norway. In regards to the product, it was exactly as expected and Lookfantastic sent the product fairly quickly.

I ordered a product the 18th of November and we re the 15th of December and I still didn't receive it. I am very disapointed since I have no news from the seller. I won't order to this site again.
