My daughter is still waiting three months down the line for a bra that she paid for!!
Excuse is that they can’t get it from the warehouse and her request to be refunded the amount has been met with deaf ears or should I say with no reply to her email!!!!

I am not a standard fit - very narrow back, GG cup but with a significant cup size difference between the 2 "ladies" as the fitter called them! So I knew I needed a fitting and after trying a few options have found the first but not the last No1 bra that I'll be buying. The service in the shop was great and the advice on how to correctly put on the garments and position the "ladies" was really helpful. I'm hopeful that the bras will also help with the skin marking/discolouration that has developed over the last few years.

The delivery was excellent. The bra is the most comfortable I’ve ever worn in over 40 years! Amazing.

I have used no1 bra company before and their bras are very comfortable. This time I purchased through Shop which is great but it automatically shipped to my last usage which was to my sons university halls of residence. Mortified I emailed No1 and they were able to redirect it to my home address and it arrived within a day. Brilliant service. Very comfortable bras

I have purchased both Darcey and Ava bras and they are both great. Really comfortable and good support for bigger boobs. The whole process was easy, the customer service is good and the bras are excellent quality. Thank you No.1 bra!

This is my second Kelly T shirt bra. Great fit and very comfortable. First class customer care and great advice when it comes to correct fitting.

I finally convinced my better half to go, well - I drove her there as a surprise on Valentine's day (don't hate me, guys) - and we were greeted by Kim who was very friendly, extremely helpful and took so much time with no feeling of pressure to hurry her out or to buy anything. Amazing service and the quality of the garments (bras and knickers) is perfect. I especially love the fact that the top and bottom halves are completely interchangeable so that any combination matches. Genius!!! We are now awaiting the development of the nude strapless version; hurry!!!! We will be back again soon, I am now not having to dodge a flying bra as she walks in from work - she wears them until bedtime; that's how comfortable they are. Bra-vo (groan)

I have several bras from no1 bra now and I completely recommend them. So comfortable you forget you’re wearing a bra. I have large boobs and these are the best support and comfort

I had high hopes when putting an order through on no1bra - even through the bras that arrived were of a good quality, they didn't quite work for me, and despite Kim being amazing and trying her best to help with the fit on the phone, I couldn't find a size that worked for me, so I sent my whole order back. The order was sent back a week ago, and after 2 emails, I still haven't had my refund or an email response to my query, even though Kim told me on email that I'd get a refund once the bras were recieved. Got proof of delivery from Royal Mail, and still haven't had an email response to my email for an update of my return - I just get ghosted. Very disappointed with the customer after care. I'd be careful about putting an order through - you probably won't get your money back! I appreciate this may be a small business, but if emails cannot be responded to, due to lack of staff, in this day and age, please take the email address off as a point of contact - it's a frustrating and poor customer experience.

Went to the shop for a proper fitting as I was buying a bra for my daughter who has downs syndrome and wont tell me if something doesn't fit/feel right. So I need someone who knows what they are doing and I don't.

I was after a sports bras and had seen No.1 Bras sports and thought it looked fab. My daughter is a 36GG so its important to stop the bounce!

The lady who did the fitting, also the owner of No. 1 Bra, was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She got me to do it all first so my daughter felt comfortable about what was happening. Then fitted my daughter for a sports bra and a normal one that didn't cut into her boob - the shape really is different from most underwired bras. They must fit my daughter well as she has worn both without being asked to - if she doesn't like what I buy it just sits the drawer unused.

I loved the bra so much I ended up buying it (at a 36 A I'm surprised she had one to fit :) ) I will say though as I'm not use to a underwired bra - having never been able to find a comfortable one - I find it "stiff". Don't get me wrong doesn't cut anywhere, for once the wire isn't cutting my boob flesh in half so full marks. I'm just so use to having to wear soft braletts it feels odd but I'll persevere as it does give me a better shape!

Purchased my 3rd bra choose the Darcey bra in black, already have Kelly and Ava. This one is so smooth felt lovely on.
No doubt I will be buying more as love the fit, would like some more colours if that’s possible 😀
