The dress took about 3 weeks to arrive, which is fine considering the distance it has to travel, but the website did say it would be quicker.

In those 3 weeks, I started to think the dress was a scam. I contact customer service a week after purchase, saying that I didn’t receive a confirmation of purchase email, and I wanted to know if my order had gone through. Their customer service was terrible!!!

I asked for confirmation of my order, they said just wait a few more days. I waited a week and emailed again, and they replied saying “what is your email and we can help to track it”. I gave my email, and they responded “we cannot track with your email” and that was it. Nothing else in their response. I replied with a screenshot of my transaction and asking for help. They have still not replied and it’s been over a week.

However, the dress did end up arriving, with the free pair of earrings too.
The dress is actually really lovely. The quality is good, not amazing, but it’s not a noticeably cheap dress. Similar to a typical SHEIN dress, maybe a bit better quality than that.

Theres definitely something dodgey about the company. If my dress got lost in the post for example, they are now not replying to my emails, so I highly doubt I’d get my refund. I have also seen that their return policy doesn’t match what they say online, and most people pay about £15 in shipping to return it, and don’t end up getting their refund. So if it’s broken / doesn’t fit when it arrived, you probably won’t get your money back. Although that’s not from my experience, just what I’ve gathered from other reviews

They also did not put my house number on the parcel, even though I provided it when purchasing. Luckily Royal Mail called me, and asked for my house number. I’ve seen reviews where they have put the completely wrong location / another part of country. So there is a risk of this happening.

It’s definitely a bit of a risk purchasing from here, it seems extremely disorganised, but I think I was lucky with my order, and really happy with the dress and earrings and will be wearing it to an upcoming wedding.

The sizing for me was accurate, I was a bit worried about this as previous reviews say that the sizing is too small. I actually found the opposite, size S was on the bigger end of S, but fits anyway!
I think it depends on the dress you buy, as they don’t design their own dresses, and outsource them, so the sizes will be completely different for each item. (I bought the pink frilly one I’ve seen on TikTok, and sizes are pretty accurate, maybe size down if you’re unsure)

Dress size is far too small, have emailed twice asking to exchange with no response. Absolute cowboy company. Wouldn't recommend anyone uses them.

This is a scam PLEASE avoid!!!!! I ordered 3 dresses in April and they never arrived. The emails back and forth are from random emails and I never got my money back from them, even though they were sent back to them by Yodel. They lied and said that they had been delivered to me when they hadn’t. They even made a fake image supposedly showing proof of delivery at my door. Avoid at all costs, the good reviews on here are surely all fake!

Been waiting for a refund for months, sent them tracking number and now not getting any replies when I email!!

scam, have to pay £30 to return my item

Sizing terrible. Asked for a refund, only to be told I would have to pay to return the item to China (estimated £30) or receive a 15% refund. Opted for 15% refund which they said would be paid within 10 working days. Now 18 working days later, no sign of refund and company not responding to emails.

Was actually very surprised with this website as I wasn’t sure if it was a scam, there’s a lot of dresses posted that I recognised from others (clearly copying and probably making at a cheaper material) anyway I ordered a dress, it came perfect size (I was worried about sizing) and the material was very decent, also got free earrings! I think the earrings are the type to turn skin green after a while but for the price of it all I really can’t complain and I’m pretty happy! Delivery does take a week or 2 though

Absolutely disgusted & disappointed ordered a beautiful orange dress on the 4th of June no tracking number provided! contacted customer service on 1st of July to be told it had to be delivered & to check with my neighbours! Emailed again several times & go no reply! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Purchased a dress from here, sizing is ridiculous. Way too small and cheap material, colour isn’t like the picture either. Came with a free pair of earrings worth £20 again cheap and poor quality.
No return policy on website you have to email customer services to be told you have to pay £30 to return item!

Please avoid ordering from this company. I ordered a dress which unfortunately didn't fit but when I emailed to arrange a return they told me it would cost around £20 to send back. They then told me I was better off keeping the dress and they would refund 15% of the price. I still haven't got that refund and 3 emails later and no reply from them.

Customer service were really helpful when initial order was faulty. Thank you Noaloo team! A lovely dress that I can't wait to wear

I would give 0 if I could! This website is a scam that’s why the comments are blocked on TikTok! I ordered 4 dresses which took about 3 weeks to arrive!Their website does not mention you need to pay to return the items to China otherwise wouldn’t have bought! Anyway the quality was terrible so had to pay 30 to send the parcel back but surprise surprise their return period is only 14 days so no way they will make it there in time! I’ve tried to contact them multiple times and all they do is tell you they will look which they don’t!! Now my parcel is stuck in china and I won’t even get a return! Absolute scam!! Please don’t fall for it

Waited several weeks for the order to arrive, I assume from China (Chinese writing on shipping label). The dress is unwearable due to a fault in a seam at the front which means that it has a 4 inch hole in it! Very poor quality generally. Cheap synthetic fabric. Lots of threads sticking out. I have emailed as advised to request a refund with photos of the fault.
Update - after a week with no response I contacted them again. They replied saying that as the dress had arrived damaged I could chose another free of charge. I replied (now over a week ago with no response yet) to politely request a refund as the dress had not been damaged but was faulty from the start as the photos I sent show. There is a review on here for 5 stars the day after my initial post claiming that customer service is excellent. I can only assume this is a fake review posted to mitigate what I have written.
Please do not expect to receive an item of good quality from this company or to get a fair response when you are inevitably scammed by them.

My daughter ordered a dress for her grad. It never arrived. Then subsequently they send a tracking number and when we traced it it was for a person of same name in different part of our country. Haven’t been able to get a response from them since. Awful and unreliable. Would never order from them again!

Company do not specify returns policy until after order is made. Either you pay £25-30 to return the item as they claim they’ve offered free shipping not free if you need to pay it back. Or take a 15% refund and keep the item which you don’t want. Misleading

I purchased 2 dresses for my GF from Noaloo, one for her graduation event and one for party, which she loved them. I will order again next month. Thank you
