DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE OR THEIR NEW ONE CALLED ‘LORENZOA’. I ordered corduroy joggers size L and XL three and a half months ago. Order #4179. Big bummer because I like the pants a lot. Been trying to get ahold of them, but they changed store names and have been unresponsive to my emails.

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD (CC) COMPANY FOR A FRAUDULENT CHARGE... AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS BY THE CC, THEY FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF THEM. NOBLE PANACHE (NP) SHOWED THEY WERE IN CANADA BUT TURNS OUT IT IS IN FRANCE AND IT WAS SHOWN AS "NOBLE PANACHE COURCELLES CH FRA"
WHAT A COINCIDENCE THAT AFTER MY CC CONTACTED THEM , ALL OF SUDDEN MY ORDER WENT THROUGH. AND TO TOP IT ALL, NP TOLD THE CC THAT I WAS MAKING A FALSE CLAIM TO GET A PRODUCT WITHOUT PAYING THEM. HAH, IT WAS ONLY $26.97! BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, WHEN THE ITEM WAS FINALLY SHIPPED IT LEFT FRANCE AND INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE USA IT WENT THROUGH BOGOTA COLOMBIA FIRST. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORTER, I FINALLY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON OCTOBER 3 AFTER ORDERING IT ON MAY 28. ONLY ABOUT 4 1/2 MONTHS LATER !! BTW, IF YOU SEARCH FOR NP YOU WON'T FIND IT. WHAT COMES OUT NOW IS A NEW COMPANY NAME OF "LORENZOAL". THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANYS' ALWAYS CHANGE THEIR NAMES . BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!

As you have never shipped my order and are unreachable, I want to be reimbursed.

This is my last call before a lawsuit procedure.

I ordered the ABYSS AURORA: DIVE INTO ILLUMINATED DEPTHS back in early July 2024. It’s now been over a month and I have not received what I have ordered and paid for. I’ve emailed customer support multiple times, have submitted a message through their website, and like many others I have tried calling the phone number on their website and it is disconnected. I wish I had read reviews like this before wasting my $$.. maybe this will finally get through to them. I’d be happy to update my review if they follow through with what they’re selling and advertising. But from what I can tell right now this is a SCAM!!

Edit: Whether by crazy coincidence, or fate, my order was delivered 9 hours after I wrote this review. I went ahead and gave them another 2 stars for delivering what I ordered and paid for. Product was in good shape and I got what I expected.
This being said, I would still be wary about ordering from them again. I never got a response from the customer support team, never got any delivery updates that my order was shipped or delivered, and my tracking through the website still doesn’t show that it has been shipped.

I ordered the Abyss Aurora illuminated lamp and it is damaged, the base is a warped unfinished piece of oak and the slot the lamp fits in is so big the unit falls over. Two emails without a response. Please be warned!8

I've ordered the "Abyss Aurora: Dive into Illuminated Depths" lamp. On the Noble Panache website, the pictures look beautiful; beautiful natural wood. But what I got was a piece of sawed wood with resin.
It's total fraud in my opinion.
I've sent two emails with pictures to require explanations and never got a response.
Then I called the toll free number on their website...

...and the number is no longer in service.

Nothing like the picture shown on your site, totally disappointing! I was sending this scuba diving lamp to my son-in-law who just received his scuba diving license but I’m too embarrassed I’d rather give him a thumbs up!

I bought a piece of lighted home decor from them for $109. I received it & the quality wasn't anywhere close to what was pictured. They were supposedly handmade, so I understand there are variations, but when I emailed customer service to inquire about a replacement (I really liked the item) I never got a response. I have emailed them 3 times now with no response & the only phone # I can find for them online is disconnected.

I have never received my $166 order.
I tried to contact them via email, contact form on their website. They have never replied.

As Tustpilot got a reply from Noble Panache, they replied to the following:
"Upon checking our records, we found that the package was returned to us as the delivery address was incorrect. You can verify this information by tracking your package using the tracking number that was sent to you via email."
They are not telling the truth, my address was not wrong as they mentioned, also they said I should send them the correct address via email, I tried now but their email is not working.!

Product wasn't as it was advertised on the website. Support didn't write back, so this is a total scam.

The Aurora lamp from Noble Panache adds a wonderful ambiance to my living room. So happy with this purchase! It's truly a work of art.
