I paid for NoBroker’s NRI plan…

I paid for NoBroker’s NRI plan expecting dedicated support and professional service, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.

After taking payment, support has been almost non-existent. Multiple follow-ups, messages, and requests have either been ignored or handled with generic responses without any real resolution.

As an NRI customer, I specifically chose a paid premium plan to avoid exactly this kind of stress and delay. Instead, I’m spending more time chasing support than getting actual assistance.

What is most frustrating is not just the issue itself, but the complete lack of accountability and communication after payment has been collected.

I request NoBroker’s escalation/support team to immediately review my case and provide proper assistance. If this remains unresolved, I will be forced to escalate further through consumer forums and continue sharing my experience publicly.

We had a very unprofessional experience…

We had a very unprofessional experience with the NoBroker partner team. The team arrived nearly 3 hours later than the scheduled time and caused an additional 2 hours of delay. Eventually, they started packing only around 11:30 PM.
There was also no clear pricing shared in advance. For example, they charged Rs.150 for basic items like buckets and water cans. Due to the lack of support availability, there were unnecessary arguments during the process.
Additionally, they were not allowing us to update the inventory in the app, and there was updated pricing visible in the app after the inventory changes were made.there not ready to accept the price

Good experience with RM Vikas

My experience with nobroker has been good this time. I had taken premium plan. My relationship manager Vikas Awasthi has been very helpful. He is very good at understanding the requirements and was very prompt with addressing my requests. I got to know about the flat based on his recommendation and he had arranged the meeting.

App only now website so you ignore or not find things they don’t want you to know.

App only now website so you are restricted to small screen only— classic method to push unwanted things or hide things that you don’t want customer to see or find.

I tried paying society invoice and thought I was paying the amount indicated and I selected pay by card and directly on next step where we authenticate details .. the debit amount had additional charges and not realising this completed the transaction only to learn they had charged extra in total amount.

Next invoice, I knew they have additional charges and tried checking all payment option to find what are the charges. I tried using net banking which has lower charges but keeps failing. Either on login page or otp page etc..

I might not be surprised if they do it intentionally so that you end up paying by credit card which has abnormally very high charges. 1200-1500 on an invoice of 34000

NoBroker Scammer - Unfinished interior work

Think twice before handing your hard-earned money to NoBroker Interiors. I paid them ₹ 9.61 Lakh(100%) for my home interiors, expecting professionalism, quality, and timely delivery. Instead, I am left with an incomplete house, endless delays, and absolute silence from their entire team.

The Reality of their "Service":
The Ghosting: Since the third week of April 2026, the project has been completely abandoned. My project manager(Suresh), his manager(Syed), the Deputy City Manager(Fahad Tanzeem), and even their Chief Grievance Officer(Puja) are simply ignoring my calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.

The Delays: I requested them to resume work on March 14th 2026. They ignored me for 22 days, promised to show up the next week, failed to arrive, and only restarted on April 16th 2026, causing a cumulative delay of over a month.

The Incomplete Work: Roughly ₹ 27000 worth of fully paid work is still pending, including balcony fluted ceilings, strip lights, false ceiling fixtures, almirah glass, and even basic handles.

They took 100% of money and now have zero accountability. It is humiliating and exhausting to have to literally begged for a response over email after paying such huge amount. This level of unresponsiveness is not just unprofessional; it feels like a calculated scam.

I have an email chain going on since a month with their escalation team but that team is useless. They dont care about your concern at all. They will keep on telling you that they will get back next day with updates but that next day never comes.

After chasing them from almost 2 months, I am now thinking to submit an FIR in Police station and also fine a complaint in the National Consumer Helpline(NCH) and preparing to file a formal case in the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for Severe Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade Practices.

If you are considering NoBroker for your home interiors, don't. Once they have your money, you are entirely on your own.

Very third class service

Very third class service , once plan payment done , they never help you or connect to owner , they are providing BPO job only instate helping customer . If there is rating or marks I will provide infinity in minus they are deserve it. If I would get to chance with meet with the no broker owner or founder I will let him or her do not play with customers, they are paying whatever you charged help them .

Worst service

Worst service. I posted my house for rent. Everyday many calls for payment telling that many are intrested in the property. Once paid noone is visited the property. They used to tell few will be visiting the property but no one turned. Today 45 days completed and my advt. is closed.

Booked my 2bhk apartment via NoBroker Relax plan

Appreciated the assistance from my assigned RM (Dwithin). App interface is great for Android, however the desktop interface (particularly for premium.nobroker.in website) is a bit buggy.
