Dont not sign up!

They failed all three times, Better to go with a broker or a known person .. they are nothing very professional with fleecing .. The business model is like that .. Just use free services , their paid services are absolutely nonsense , i took seller relax plan twice and and also signed up for some legal , All the three times they failed, in my last experience when i caught them red handed they cut the call on my face.. if i take legally they are definitely in trouble , Cause all calls are recorded and their texts on the app is saved .. Unless they have a way to delete those , i ll choose not to do it and will just avoid them the future ..

I am yet to do my rental agreement. But the process is going really smooth. Highly recommended if you’ve got patience to stay and stay strong with NOBROKER until you find your commercial or any type of space.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker’s rental agreement service.

They initially promised that the soft copy would be delivered within 24 hours, but this commitment was not met. When I followed up, I was informed that they do not have stamp papers available in the office and need additional time to procure them — something that should have been managed internally without affecting customer timelines.

What’s more frustrating is the inconsistency in communication:

First, I was told I would receive the document by end of day.
Then, I was told it would be delivered the next day after escalation.
Multiple assurances were given, but none were fulfilled on time.

This reflects poor planning, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer handling. Making false promises and failing to manage expectations is not acceptable for a service that customers rely on for time-sensitive documentation.

Overall, very disappointing service. I would not recommend using NoBroker for rental agreements based on this experience.

Closed the deal in a week

I had issues with the intial RM, but once Dwithin stepped in he followed up properly and helped me close the property. He was quick, efficient and closed it in a timley fashion

Until the service charges were paid.

Until the service charges were paid., too many follow ups. Post receipt ., nobody have turned up. When we ask for the telemarker., whom we contacted is on leave for more than 15 days. They dont transfer the calls to next higher up. Worst service. Pls dont rely on this

The best was to deal with my RM Farheen…

The best was to deal with my RM Farheen Khanam. She was very prompt and was responsive throughout the process.

Nobroker is always my go to app when looking for real estate information. It is good to see that nobroker is expanding to other services.

Your AI calling is a pain…. And when one RM is appointed, there are non stop calls from other people which I feel is a waste for nobroker and irritating for customers. That’s why one star less.

Pathetic company, worst service, bunch of money suckers. Trying hard to get money refund which I paid for premium services. I dint given get one good property lead and no one reached out to me even after so many complaints. Never recommend this worst company

overall service was adequate, but too many departments that do not coordinate with each other, too many calls, and not proper info given to a first time renter in Mumbai. Even after renting a place, still getting 10 requests to view apartments

Absolutely disgraceful service—this company is a complete scam. They lure customers in with false promises like “instant e-stamping,” but once they take your money, they disappear and deliver nothing.

I submitted my draft on time and was clearly told the agreement would be ready the same night. It’s now been over two days, and I still haven’t received my e-stamped or notarised agreement. No updates, no accountability—just empty excuses.

There is ZERO customer service. No real person to speak to—only useless automated WhatsApp replies and chatbots that go nowhere. Once they have your payment, you are completely on your own.

What makes this worse is that I had already prepared the agreement myself. I only needed basic stamping and notarisation—something that should take hours, not days. Yet they failed to deliver even that.

This is not just unprofessional—it’s deceptive and dishonest. They make false commitments to secure payment and then don’t follow through. Avoid this company at all costs.
Do yourself a favour and go directly through the court or a local broker. At least you’ll deal with real people instead of being trapped by a service like this.My booking id with them is LL-9974627.......stop replying through AI automated mode.....you people are SCAM....
Where is the timeline? you guys told me first instantly before making the payment and then at the end of day(Yesterday).Which timeline you are talking about? Stop giving AI generated replies...let a real human talk to me. Either refund my hardearnedmoney or provide me my agreement today. I already provided the draft, you guys only need to do estamping and notarised, what's taking you soooo long? Brokers are far better than you...Stop making fool of us...REFUND MY MONEY

Try the first plan before you get a relarionship manager!

The app my itself on my phone was very glitchy, slow, and annoying. But with some patience ut helped to get the contacts of houses and see the info in one place. But im not sure if having a relationship manager was of much help in my case, because ultimately i had to contact and speak to the owners and schedule visits and get house locations.

I recently attempted to use NoBroker's…

I recently attempted to use NoBroker's service but faced a serious technical and customer service failure.
I entered my phone number incorrectly (the last digit was not captured properly). Despite this clear error, their system triggered KYC without any proper validation or alert. As a result, I received no service whatsoever.
When I contacted customer support, the executive was extremely rude, directly denied a full refund, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. There appears to be no effective backend technical support to even correct basic data entry errors.
I have paid 51374 rupees including the processing fees for 50k but received zero value. I am requesting a full refund immediately. This experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional.
I urge NoBroker senior management to look into this matter personally, improve their KYC validation process, and train their executives on basic courtesy.

Pathetic Response

Absolutely horrible experience . They spoilt my entire shifting plan with their so in-efficient customer service team. Don’t be fooled by the sweet promises made while booking. Once the booking is done, their response is just the opposite.
I made a home shifting booking for 30th April. I spoke to the shifting partner on 29th April itself & he has already told me that he is double booked and cannot come. I raised a issue with the customer contact number (after multiple calls) & was assured some other shifting partner will be assigned. But nothing happened. By 30th April, after calling them for so many times, I get a vague answer “wait till 1 pm , we will try today or tomorrow”. They will say they have escalated the issue, give you a ticket number & some one will call back, but nothing happens. Absolutely no sense of responsibility with the team. Since I had to make the shifting on the same day, I had no choice but to book with another service provider by paying a premium. My booking amount is also not refunded.
Their customer support is just pathetic. You can reach an executive only after calling 92417 00000 for a min of 15 times. It just takes you to a automated voice called Raksha & you need to explain the same lines again and again. Just imagine. You will always get redirected to chat in the app which is even more horrible. We pay a premium to brands like this to have a hassle free experience & get prompt support if there is an issue. Its better you find someone local to do this. Cheaper & atleast you can reach them by phone.

Please think before sign in to No-Broker once. I Signed because they promised me 28k rent and once i signed they brought tenants with 20K. then i found tenant with 22K then they are not refunding my money. after 2 months chasing they replied "Greetings from NoBroker,

As discussed with my team, the refund request has been rejected due to rent and deposit mismatch. The rent and deposit amount quoted on NoBroker does not match our records, which is the reason the refund could not be processed.

Reason for refund denial:

On NoBroker: ₹23,000 rent excluding Nobroker 6% deduction.

In the Rental Agreement: ₹22,000 rent
