I have sleep apnea and snoring issues. I wake up multiple times during the night (I have a sleep number bed that tracks this). I had a C-PAP machine for a while but the bulk and noise kept me awake and I usually didn't fall asleep until I threw the mask in the floor. Since using Noctivio I am sleeping deeper and longer. My husband says I am not making any noise at all during the night. I highly recommend this product.

I watched an ad for Noctivio mouth tape. Saw it had a satisfaction guarantee. I ordered several months worth since the ad offered a discount. I tried the tape, it hurt my lips. When I tried to return it, they hold me they only return damaged, list in transit or defective due to sanitary purposes. VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!!!!

Scam by this company. My order was increased by items I don't want. I'm in the process of getting my order canceled. I don't appreciate the way they processed orders without giving you a cost up front.

Hi everybody! When I first ordered these mouth tapes, I was skeptical.
By now, after 6 months, I am so happy and convinced, that I reordered.
Suffering from sleeping apnea and using a CPAP machine for at least 20 years, my mouth was so dry that I was not even able to sleep at moments. After using so many products to try to settle the problem without any success, I was desesperate! I tried Mouth Tape by Noctivio and BINGO!!! Complete sleeping nights. More than that, my apnea episodes literally diminished, if not disappeared totally. I wake up now in the morning, full of energy and without this problematic dry mouth!
Almost a miracle! Perhaps, but this is a true story!

Mouth patches are made of good material, my sleep is peaceful and I don’t have a dry throat anymore.

I had a similar experience as others who left one star reviews. There was no way to decline the extra offers and no Review Your Order screen. Consequently, I paid not only for the single pack (which was the only thing I wanted), but also for the the 3-pack, and the nasal strips.
In addition, their"guarantee" only covers loss or damage, but not customer satisfaction.
Apparently the mouth tape doesn't work as advertised or they wouldn't be dumping inventory on unsuspecting customers and not guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
I emailed them to cancel my entire order and refund my money, but they replied that it had already been "dispatched." However, the next day I received an email stating that the order had been placed and a label created, but Not that the order had been shipped.
In their reply they also stated that they can't accept returns due to "health and safety reasons." HOW is it a health &/or safety issue if the entire package is not opened?
I'm heading over to the Better Business Bureau website now to give them an earful about this SCAM company.

In a reply from the company based on this review, the company said that there was a "clear option" to say "No Thanks" at checkout. This was definitely NOT the case.
The company also said that orders are "shipped out as quickly as possible". According to the tracking information, the label was created immediately upon order, but not "Picked Up by Shipping Partner" until 3 days later, and not received at the USPS until 3 days after that.
Moreover, the company stated that "had we been contacted before the dispatch, we certainly could have updated or amended your order before it was shipped out." However, in their reply to my original email to cancel my order (same day as order was placed), company stated that the order had "already been dispatched."

What was Not addressed was that they offer no guarantee of customer satisfaction, nor how returning an unopened package was a health and safety issue.

I stand by my review of Noctivio as a Scam.

I am so fed up with fraud. I did not ask for these. I received. The pkg didn’t have the name on it. I returned it unopened!!! I won’t accept anything I have not ordered.

A Grift. The product may or may not be useful, but the website automatically upsells your order to multiple months and also automatically and instantaneously confirms your order, before asking you to do so or giving you the choice not to confirm.

And the site has no option to cancel the order, while ignoring repeated emails to do so.

I eventually had to cancel through my credit card company.

Scam site prompting more than you ordered. $45 turned into $159 with no way to cancel; no number to call them.

I had tried all the sleep apnea gear years ago and given up. It was too much crap. Then my heart started having irregular heart beats and the cardiologist said sleep apnea was the root of the problem. He suggested I look for alternative methods that would help me. I tried just one months worth to get started and couldn't believe the difference!! My heart issue is almost completely gone and I feel so much more rested. This product works for me. Try it yourself and see. You won't be disappointed.

I sleep very well with no dry mouth in the morning, and most importantly no snoring!

Outstanding mouth tape. First I wanted to buy an eightsleep bed on finance but designed to get this first. OMG what a good decision! I literally slept better right on the first night and have increased my oura sleep score from 74 on average to 92 now over the last 3 weeks!

HIGHLY recommended!

The tape did not work in the manner the company claimed it would. I couldn't breathe through the tape at all when my nasal passages were blocked. No refunds accepted either.

This product is not effective least for me or my husband. We asked for a refund and was told they do not accept returns for sanitation reasons (?) so I’m out 25.00 and luckily cancelled before auto shipment. Company does not tell you when ordering that returns/refunds are NOT allowed.

Reasonably priced product that does seem to make a difference. I’ve noticed more energy clearly and don’t really need my after lunch nap anymore just one week after starting! Thank you!
