The customer service was excellent with this company. I wasn't sure of the measurements but Damian really helped me achieve the right size. I couldn't be happier with the slats because they are of great quality and fit perfectly. They were delivered personally and with care. Sturdy Wooden Bed Frame with Exceptional Support from Magda
I ordered the Nodax Small Double Bed Frame through Amazon Marketplace, and although there was an issue with the courier, Magda went above and beyond to resolve the situation. She was incredibly responsive and proactive, taking matters into her own hands to arrange for an alternative driver to deliver the bed frame just in time—right before I had to move out of my old place.
I had expressed my concern to her that if the bed didn’t arrive on time, I would have no bed to sleep on, and she made sure to get it to me promptly. When the package arrived, I assembled the bed frame myself (I’m a female in my late 30s) and found the process to be straightforward and easy to follow. The bed is extremely sturdy and well-made.
I opted for a wooden frame because I prefer to avoid metal due to concerns about EMF conduction, and I’m really happy with my choice.
Overall, I highly recommend both the bed frame and the excellent customer service. The product is fantastic, and the proactive service from Magda truly made all the difference.

Great customer care
Nice quality bed delivered on the day requested, well packaged and very easy to assemble.
Would have given five stars but one of the side panels arrived split. However, a new panel was arranged within two days to replace the broken one. Nodax were excellent in dealing with the issue.

Problems with delivery driver
It would have been 5 stars but you delivery driver said he wasnt allowed to bring the packages across my doorstop.

We use DX Delivery as our delivery partner, and once the item is with them, the delivery process is managed by their own policies and drivers. The restriction about crossing the doorstep is part of their delivery protocol, not ours.

I’ve been wanting to buy this bed for a few years. I love it! I love the stylish design and colour and quality of the wood. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Customer service is really accessible and helpful. Very happy with my purchase.

Top Quality Wooden Bed
Review of Wooden Bed Frame Aurora (F1) Double, Walnut Finish
After the last wooden bed I purchased, from a different company, which was £100 more expensive than this one, I bought this with nervous trepidation wondering if this one would squeak too.
However, the experience has been BRILLIANT. It arrived on the right day, it was super easy to put together, it's affordable, and it's QUIET.
I highly recommend Nodax if you want a quality wooden bed that you can put together within an hour.
After I had screwing on the slats, my two year old daughter was desperate to try the bed, even before we had put down the mattress, and she loved it, and still loves it. It is the perfect height for her to get on the bed on her own. I love her grin as she flops her back against the sheets and pillow.
The 20cm space beneath the bed is also very handy. I went with the Walnut finish, and it's lovely.

Nodax brand new Komfi GelMed comfort mattress is amazing
I have a brand new Komfi GelMed comfort mattress from Nodax and it is the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. The foam mattress has 7 layers, all ecologically manufactured and 25cm deep. The pocket springs are made of foam too, doing away with metal springs, which I never got on well with, either! Foam has come a long way, and I highly recommend this GelMed mattress from Nodax!
The mattress arrives ready rolled and weighs 30 kilos so make sure you get it delivered to your door. I recommend unrolling on your slats and cutting the package open to expand it. Then, spend a while out of the room with your windows open to let the packing smells out and air the mattress. A few hours later and you are good to go!
