Easy to order and a quick delivery. I love the bed solid and stylish good mattress too. Delivered on day stated with the driver calling to let us know when he would arrive. The driver was friendly cheerful and helpful. Great experience and would buy from them again.

On time good price
On time good price. Great product , looks fab and well made.
Instruction could be a bit clearer as the U nuts I got were 'handed' and only worked if you used them at a certain orientation. And slat placement is not a science but I'd like to have more guidance.

Excellent quality bed - much cheaper than other companies but still excellent quality. Delivery as expected. Instruction video easy to follow from YouTube, same level of difficulty as typical ikea bed etc

Very happy customer
I chose the Nodax single slatted bed base after spending the whole day viewing various websites and reading so many negative reviews. I came across Nodax, never purchased before or even heard of the company.
The reduced price caught my eye, the choice of wood colour and the happy customers leaving 5 star reviews.
Easy ordering and delivery was fast. 3 parts were sent to the courier, two came on one day and the 3rd part arrived early the following day. I didn't mind as this gave me the chance to read through the instructions and sort out the bits before rushing to build it. (OCD)
The communication with the seller was 100%, kept me informed throughout the process even though tracking info was given.
The unpacked boxes were very heavy to lift and it took me ages to put the bed together on my own, DIY isn't my thing.
I thought I would have a problem trying to move the bed away from the bedroom wall to put fresh linen on there, but surprisingly once it was built with the mattress on top, the bed just slide along the carpet.
I will say, clean the pieces of wood before putting it together as my white cloth was filthy.
My son is very happy with his new bed. He's 6'4", 15 stone and the slats are very sturdy and good quality, and more importantly it does not make a sound when he rolls over...unlike his old metal one.

Stain appears matt in knotted areas, surely easily remedied in manufacture. Sturdy when built, a guide could be useful to a non diy customer.

The goods have never been delivered on…
The goods have never been delivered on the committed date although it was claimed that they are delivered before noon.
Update: Nodax’s management called subsequently to express apologies. They promised the deficiencies of the logistic company will be reviewed seriously, and they will do whatever possible to minimise my inconveniences.
The goods are delivered today (9/1). I am happy with the quality of the goods and the services provided.
The review is therefore changed from 1-star to 5.

Fantastic service and bed at a fair price!
Really impressed with the service from Nodax.
I’m really impressed with Nodax. I initially ordered a frame via eBay but noticed that the frame was cheaper on the website. Using the chat tool on the website Magda cancelled the eBay order quickly so I could order from the website instead. I ordered the Nordic Sky bed at 10am and received it at 9:30am the following morning. I couldn’t be more happy with it, I was able to put it up myself and it is absolutely rock solid, no creaks or give at all and looks fantastic.
Based on my experience I can say buy with confidence! I will definitely be using this company again when looking for a new frame.

Excellent delivery, good quality
The delivery was on time, with great communication. The drawers I brought are very solid and will no doubt last for a long time. The reason I knocked off one star is that the ends of the drawer were not finished off properly and were therefore rough. Also the alan key which according to the included description of parts is supposed to be included to put the drawers together, was missing.
