Amazing bedframe
I had emails and phone calls from Norbert..very good communication and after sales service about the product.
I was very impressed with the quality of this item not your usual flimsy slates.

I am blown away by the quality
I am blown away by the quality. I had previously ordered a dunelm bed and thank god it was defective and I had to immediately send it back. As I took this new Nodax bed out the box, I immediately saw the difference in quality. Its so solid, easy to put together, looks fantastic. I got the Aurora double and its space saving but can still fit things underneath which I need in a small flat. The oak colour is lovely and warming for the room. Plus it is completely solid when using it for other activities...

Very professional customer service and fast delivery. We got the F2 bedframe and due to sprung bed needed smaller gaps, they were able to provide extra slats. Very happy with our purchase!

Easy Assembly & High Quality
Wow, what a great quality bed for the price. It arrives in 3 packages, the slats, the head/base boards, and the side/centre beams. Assembly took 30 minutes for one person, very easy.
Quality is great, for example the slats are very sturdy and screwed into place.
It's worth spending the bit extra for this quality, super easy construction process is a plus as well.

We are very happy with our purchase from Nodax. The bed arrived just as scheduled. It is very good quality for the price.
We started putting the bed together and noticed that we were missing a few bits from the toolkit. I called one of the phone numbers on their website and spoke to someone called Damian. He quickly reassured us that he would be sending a package to us via special delivery with the missing parts. He absolutely did, and it arrived the next day. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. We would absolutely not hesitate to buy from these guys again! Thank you!

Great customer service and excellent quality product
I was going to order from their Amazon but saw the bed I wanted was £75 cheaper on Amazon so ordered on their website. I’d accidentally set the delivery date to a week later than I needed the bed, went on the web chat and the lady I spoke to change the date and shipped the bed straight away. It arrived the next day. Super sturdy but easy to put together.

Amazing quality bed
Amazing quality bed. We had returned 2 wooden beds from another company due to terrible creaking so were desperate to find a solid wooden bed which did not creak. This company came up in our search and the reviews gave us the confidence to order. The bed was delivered the same day we ordered as they were going to be in the area. Very personalised attentive service. We have had the bed over a week and it’s rock solid and silent! Highly recommend quality and service.

Great product & service
I ordered the EU king size, which the company emailed & contacted me about (email went to spam so originally missed) to confirm, i double checked the size of the mattress and turned out i ordered the wrong size (required UK king) to which they immediately changed and refunded the difference, the bed arrived very quickly and i was updated along the way every single time
easy to build yourself, the YouTube instructions are clear and easy to follow and the finished product looks great & feels sturdy!
the biggest point to me was the communication, Magda communicated with me throughout providing updates and helped with absolutely everything, I didn't get the delivery drivers name (he said it but my phone signals was not great) but also very very friendly and helpful
overall a great experience would recommend them and use this company again without a second thought!!

I really can’t sing the praises of this company enough. Just brilliant. Great website, excellent bed and mattress, fantastic customer service. Damian was excellent and personally arranged and delivered the items at the same time on a day to suit us and then put the bed together and took all packaging away. Nodax pay attention to detail
Nodax pay attention to detail, on my first order I made an error on sizing , they phoned to double check and corrected the order, they answered any queries by phone or email promptly and delivered on time
The product is very satisfactory, bed, mattress and two bedside cabinets and now two further bedside cabinets

Absolutely 5-star service
Absolutely 5-star service! Delivery here isn't easy because of stairs, but for Nodax it was no problem. They kindly arranged to deliver in person rather than use a courier, and then assembled the bed and drawers (which look great - wonderfully solid!) for much less than other companies charge. Damian also took all the packaging away. I totally recommend this lovely family company.
