I got to try out their server through a free trial. And shortly after i purchased, life happened and i wasnt able to play and run the server as i had hoped. Their customer support and care is top notch though and they helped me with any issues i had even though im new to this stuff. And then when i contacted them about cancelling my subscription, i told them i wasn't able to find time to play, so unfortunately thats why im leaving. And they gave me a full refund despite going past their 7 day refund policy. I enjoyed their hosting service very much and owning a palworld server made me very happy. I would recommend it to anybody. Thanks Nodecraft, and I hope to join you again someday!

The server I rented was great and let my friend enjoy playing minecraft. The server only struggled when I tried to use a 300 mod modpack on a server that really wasn't suited for it (it still ran).

Safe, and the staff is very helpful

actually I am very impressed how good this works... and the Price is okay. I had a little problem at first because the webside said something like "You need a Bot to use the Server" even if I had one included... but somehow It worked, I just did the Server setting stuff again and had no problem after it.

Had an issue with the world file, the support folks fixed it within a minute. Very easy set up for modded minecraft and great performance so far.

Every time I've had even the slightest issue, support was chatting back to me in less than a minute, and helped me out every single time. The lite mode is great for my case where I'm not using the server 24 7, just occasionally!

First time using Nodecraft and I was attempting to migrate an existing save to their servers. I was having trouble locating the appropriate files and Cameron on the Nodecraft support team guided me through it to success. Early days but great so far.
Ordered a server for my kids to have a private Minecraft server for them and their friends. Chose a nano beta, thinking the server doesn't need to be on all the time. But the kids needed to at odd times and you have to wake it first. So with the help of the support team they updated to us to an 24/7 server with an hour of asking.

I had the issue previously and that person told me that when it happens to not start my server and wait for help. I listened. The next person was about to better see what was happening.
