Always and I mean ALWAYS a great experience. Coming from another game host company where the first sentence about any issue was to blame the mods used in the game. Blaming your customers is never a good idea in my book.

Amazing staff!
The whole team is very fast at responding and are extremely helpful! Everytime I have an issue with a new modpack and can't figure it out through the logs, they are able to accurately pinpoint the issue and handle it within moments and are super kind and encouraging about it!

43 emails for a trial server.
I tried a trial of a server that did not end up working out which is ok. But I have received 43 emails about an invoice not being paid. I never signed up for anything but a trial. Seriously look else where there are much better options to being harassed about a trial basis.

I've used this service for a number of years whenever I've had the whimsy to start a multiplayer minecraft or starbound server with some pals. It may not be the cheapest service ever but I have always had a good experience with the support side of things here.
