Very poor Support, if you need something you can wait more then a month
Bought two of their products, installed as per instructions (which were poor) and they didn't work. Tried to get support, and saw response time is over 300 hours! Raised a ticket - no response 6 days later.
As a result, I would have to say, products don't work as advertised, and when you contact him for he doesn't answer tickets. I say he as there is clearly only one person "working" here. That's in inverted commas because there can't be anyone else given they say their support response time is over 300 hours, or more than 12 days!
Steer clear. Don't waste your money or you might end up with nothing but a call to your card company to get the money back.
They have rebranded as WHMCS Module Shop - so just in case you accidentally find yourself there - same company.
If I could have given a no star review I would have. Useless. Utterly useless.
Incredibly poor support services. To be more accurate, there isn't any support whatsoever.
I've waited since September 2017 for a reply to my ticket, and I get nothing but a weekly canned reply, that's the only reason average support response time is 167 Hours. If someone actually worked here, they wouldn't publicly display such poor statics.
Furthermore, nothing has being updated or released since March 2017.
I feel as though the rebranding from No Half Pixels to WHMCS Module Shop was to hide the bad feedback from non-existent support, however TrustPilot has picked it up and continues to show the poor feedback for both brands.

Even if you pay for fast track support your support just stay there unanswered for days.

It looks like nohalfpixels.com has gone downhill over the last few months as they are not longer answering support tickets apart from a canned reply twice every month.
Months and no replies to tickets and all modules fail to work all that you get is a canned reply in tickets every 2 days

We are very sorry for your wait, we are doing our best to get back to you regarding this issue.
You ticket has been escalated and assigned to a member of our priority support team, who will answer your query ASAP.

This is a 1 man business, so no idea who it is being escalated too as the same reply every 2 days since Jan. 2017
