Trustapart gave me the best customer…
Trustapart gave me the best customer experience I have had in decades. I bought a boiler in the evening and Lee called me the first thing next morning to discuss delivery. His honesty and pragamtism were notable from the start. I decided to collect the boiler in person and Trustapart could not have been more considerate and helpful. Lee was keen to ensure I had the exact boiler I needed and was happy to impart his knowledge and advice, he held on to the boiler for a while until I could make the trip to collect and ensured everything was in place for collection on the day. Trustapart run an honest, friendly and personal service. They will be my go to for future needs.

Just purchased a floor standing Worcester Bosch boiler from these.
Absolutely excellent service from Lee and his staff. Had it shipped on Palletline via a quote from Shiply.
All worked out well & Lee was excellent with communications.

Very impressed with the customer service from this professional company. Expert technical advice and support. My parts were delivered exactly when they said and fault diagnosis over the phone proved to be spot on. I would definitely recommend to anyone requiring a boiler parts for servicing or repair. Would have no hesitation in using this company again. First class.
