The product looks great but was missing the two inside side pockets plus the external USB charging port. Also, the opening is larger on one side than the other. It was a slow delivery service.

Stylish Handbags at a reasonable price

I ordered three handbags from Noir Blanc during mid December. I received one and had to wait for the other two and also two free wallets. I decided to take another bag instead.
The bags are soft, and well-made. The material does not seem to crack or peel, making it suitable for everyday use.
Shipping Delays: 
 long shipping times (sometimes over a month) and issues with items being out of stock after ordering. I was in no rush so it was not a bother to me.
Design & Functionality: I love the size, it is "perfect" for holding essentials like a phone, wallet, and keys without being bulky. The multiple zippered compartments are a highlight for organization.
I received two straps for each bag as displayed, but two of the bags did not have the fluffy pom key chain as displayed.
Customer Service was exceptional. Communication never stopped until my order was completed.
If you prioritize a stylish, functional, bag at a good price point and can afford potential shipping variations, the 
Noir & Blanc crossbody
 is a recommended purchase.

Duped

Order as a christmas gift, arrived late, contact with the company is by e-mail only. Quality poor, cheap leather, cheap gold coloured hardware, bag too small for the strap, no pom pom accessory as shown but a cheap tassel instead. Currently trying to return it for a refund however company keep saying they will only replace. Just want my money back.

Great product

Finally received the black purse I ordered back in December and it was worth the wait.
It’s the perfect style, color and size. Now, two more of my friends have ordered the bag in red and navy.
We’re total fans of the product and its Customer Care team.

Beware: Cheating Merchant

Beware! SCAM company. I ordered a bag in late October, 2025. After receiving the item, I decided the bag didn’t fit my needs. I sent two emails to customer service in November, 2025 requesting return instructions and a refund. They gave me instructions to send the bag to an address in Texas. I sent the product to the Texas address via Fedex. The company in Texas is called ShipBOB, Inc. This is the name they provided to return the product. Fedex tracking showed the product was delivered and signed on 12/1/25. Since 12/1/25, I’ve been emailing Noir & Blanc’s customer service on the refund status, and the replies are along the lines of “we’re working on it. thank you for your patience.” Today, 01/14/2026, I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I attached all the email correspondences, credit card statement, and proof of the Fedex delivery. I informed Noir & Blanc of the BBB complaint.

The company’s official name is Noir & Blanc New York, but there’s no New York address and phone number on its website, only an email address.

I suspect this company is based overseas, most likely in China. Terrible merchant!

Update 01/16/26: Noir & Blanc finally issued the refund on my credit card. Be persistent when pursuing a refund.

Sham company missing delivery wrong items

I ordered 2 bags with free RFID wallet before Christmas. Their website mentions the purse size and dimensions. On 31st December I received the white purese which was much small then the dimensions size mentioned on website, i waited for rest of items, of which the black pure arrived but not the wallet. This bag was bigger, even though bothwe were supposed to be the same. I tried calling their number but no answer. I wrote an email and after 2 days they replied that since I received a bag from "international stock " there might be a small difference otherwise they are same. No they are not, white one was significantly smaller!. Also they said their is some delay with wallet and they will send when available! What? That's not s time frame at all. I replied again regarding the purse size not matching website description and whatbtime frame, and resolution..and they havent even bothered to reply back.
The delivery was in ugly looking envelope with purse just stuffed without any stuffings etc inside for shaping. No duster bag or anything.
This looks like a sham company

The company retried sending me another purse and this was also same, small. The height is supposed to be 7 plus inches and my Samsung s23+ phone is taller than the bag height. For info, the height of this phone is 6.21 inches.
I tried calling their Wyoming # and it's not picking up and no voicemail.
I emailed again with pictures and they said actually their white bags are smaller and they have updated their website to reflect the correct dimensions, no they haven't, I checked.
Also I did a small test to see if the "genuine leather" they claimed is real.. it's not. The real leather became sticky like PU fake leather after some heat.
I wrote back for refund and they said they won't pay for shipping and gave a Texas shipping company address to ship.
So to ship is more than the items I paid for, and all the items are fake and not even the same size. And I was supposed to gift them and they all missed shipping and delivery window.
After further research, this company has no real USA presence even though their name says "NYC" they are copying a similar named company in NYC. The "rave reviews" from VOGUE and other fashion magazines on their website are for another similar named German company that Vogue and these fashion mags reviewed for.
They are not a USA company, since all their emails come @ 2 AM at night. Their # doesn't answer, the address listed on their website in WY is just and agent representing various scammy online businesses. Google search of this address will confirm that many are defrauded by this address located business. So fellow shoppers beware at your own risk

Very cheaply made....super bummed

I was really hoping these bags would be amazing....turns out, they're cheaply made. The bag material is definitely lacking. The zipper seems likely to break and is also sharp when you pass your hand into the bag. The gold strap metal attachments looks super fake. Some have compared to London Pom Pom bags but this doesn't come close. Thankfully I bought these bags when they were super on sale. I got three bags for around $150. But that is still very expensive considering the cheap look of them. My favorite part of the bag is the super cute strap, otherwise I'd probably return them. Super bummed 😞

Delivery issues.

I have sent several emails over the past 2 weeks and still have no idea when my item will arrive. I will not be ordering from this company again. I was expecting a delivery date.

Terrible

Terrible. I placed my order on the 12th of December for a Christmas delivery. By Christmas Eve it hadn’t even been posted let alone delivered - three to five working days I was assured the deliver Would take. So I canceled my order and asked for a refund. No refund has been forthcoming. Bloody rubbish.

There should be a zero star option

There should be a zero star option. I have tried to cancel my order 4 times once they put the bag I ordered on backorder. They will not cancel it- they keep offering me a discount or ignoring the emails. Do NOT order from them. I finally disputed it with my bank.

NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

Take your money and will do everything in their power to not give it back to you, even after they offered me a refund, when I said it wanted a refund they ignored all my emails.

Fraudulent

They took the money from my bank but never sent me order number. Only a welcome letter was sent and repeated emails triggered nothing.

Based in China claiming to a European company. Beware. Can't coment on quality because I've not received item in the time frame specifed.
It was supposed to be a present for my 85yo mum's birthday and you failed to deliver.
