First Time Buyer!!
I ordered for the first time from Nokwol on Christmas Day. Although I expected delays, I had to contact customer service after new years because my delivery was stuck, they were very quick to communicate and keep me up to date and ensure me that everything was in order.
I finally received my new trainers and they did not disappoint! I love them so much, the charms make them so unique! Can’t wait to purchase more, the quality is insane for the price. Already eyeing up two more shoes 🥰

RM Williams boots
Never heard of NOKWOL so was very sceptical of the name.
They had some H.M Willians boots at a far better price than anywhere else, again sceptical (to good to be true).
Checked Trust pilot and the reviews were outstanding so I bought for the boots. Arrived in great time and exactly what wanted.

I had every intention of leaving a positive review after my experience with Nokwol. Then life admin. got in the way but here we go -
I had seen a few negative reviews about Nokwol so I was cautious but I still went ahead and bought the item (the Salomon XT6 - Nokwol had the lowest price on the entire internetsphere) anyway. What I experienced was an amazing service, speedy processing and unexpectedly rapid shipping. I have zero COMPLAINTS. Positive 5 star experience start to finish.

Ordered a pair of axel arigato trainers…
Ordered a pair of axel arigato trainers as they were on sale and cheaper then everywhere else. Sizes were in european sizes instead of uk and accidentally ordered the wrong size.
Soon found out that they don’t offer refunds and apparently can’t change orders after order has been placed but tried my luck anyways by emailing the store as well as messaging on instagram. Got a quick reply from both and NOKWOL confirmed they had swapped my size to the correct one.
Order came quickly and was really impressed with customer service here. Would order again, thank you.

Ordered shoes for a friend. The shoes delivered were not the shoes I ordered but nokwol have classified the order as completed.
3 days ago I requested that the correct shoes be dispatched and that I am happy to return the shoes which were wrongly delivered. No response yet.

Amazing customer service
I bought some Salomons for before I went travelling. I was concerned if they would arrive in time so I contacted customer service and they were amazing, shoes arrived the next day after contacting them, I would really recommend!! Rare gem these days to find such great customer care and great item :)

I purchased based on 48 hrs delivery. Really not happy with NOKWOL. As a First time customer the service has been extremely poor. Advised by email the product wasn't available, out of stock. I requested a refund only to be then told the trainers were in stock and would be dispatched 2nd Jan. This was only after I had ordered a further pair from another site as purchased for a gift. and have since been delivered within 24 Hours. Still no email from NOKWOL advising my order has been dispatched. I'm beginning to think it's a shame website. Thankfully i paid by credit card which provides some consumer protection
Customer service absolutely horrendous and I will never use NOKWOL again as a result. There's so much online retail companies and competition and customer service is critical to continuing successfully.

Great customer service
I made a purchase for the first time with Nokwol recently, and was offered 10% off because of this.
The discount didn’t come off the price I paid, which was considerable (£31), as it was a pair of RM Williams boots.
When I e-mailed the company, I expected a long drawn out wait for a reply, but their response was prompt and they rectified this immediately by re-imbursing me.
The boots were also very competitively priced, even
before discount, so I am delighted not only with the purchase but also with their customer service.
Will definitely use again.
