Bracelet ordered as Christmas gift, there are stiff wires on the flower design that cuts into the skin, making wearing the bracelet painfully uncomfortable. Had a great turn around experience with Nola customer service, the bracelet was replaced with an alternative design. Happy with the customer service and happy with the resolution.
