Good quality products, old design
Very good quality. I got my bracelets more than 1 year ago. I had people who congratulatulated me for buying my bracelets because they thought they were real gold and that I made a big investment. Nola products not only look like great quality, but I have been wearing them all this time while showering or swimming in the pool and in the sea. They still don't itch and they look perfect. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I would like to buy more (contemporary statement designs) and they don't have this. Clean contemporary statement design: rings, bracelets and long ( until the bellybutton) golden necklaces. Such a shame. This is the reason why I bought from the competition but their quality is very bad: the gold cover looks so white and pale.
I hope Nola will create better designs!

happy with both the customer service as well as my purchase
After placing my order, I was supposed to receive it one day after purchase. After three days of not receiving anything, I sent an email to customer service and they informed me that my item was out of stock. They then helped me out by offering me a discount on my next order and allowing me to place a new order for the same price as my original purchase. I then asked if I could just have my money back because I couldn't find anything else on the website that I liked, which they agreed to. A day later, the product I wanted came back in stock and I received a personal email asking if they should set one aside for me. So I ended up receiving my purchase a day after that email. Even after my package arrived, I was asked if everything was okay and if there was any damage. This was all handled very well!!! I am very happy with both the customer service as well as my purchase.
