DO NOT BUY FROM NOLA BOUTIQUE!
You are NOT Buying from a Retiring Artisan Jeweller in York! THERE IS NO SUCH PERSON!
My order came from CHINA and when it Finally arrived on 10 June 2025 the Earings were VERY CLEARLY MARKED "SOUTH KOREAN DESIGN" !!!
My "Elegant Baroque Pearl Earings" are in fact Cheap and Nasty Plastic "Pearl Beads" on Gold Plastic mounts. Suitability? The BIN !!!
Thoroughly shocked that I was sucked in by this SCAM that popped up on my Phone's Feed and is still appearing despite my Reporting this SCAM FAKE Site to Google etc.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Scam
Scam. Goods have not arrived. Telephone number is not recognised. No answer from email. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. Apparently the jewelry is cheap tat from China and takes ages to arrive, if it does. I want a refund as goods are not as advertised.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They jewellery takes weeks to arrive (from China!) it's really poor quality, none of it is real silver, just silver coloured, you'd get better quality at Claire's Accessories for less than half the price! When you complain they offer a partial refund or you can take your chances and return it at your own expense for a full refund. Lesson learned but I can't find see anywhere on the website where it says the products are made in China so it's easy to be fooled.
I can’t believe that I have been quite…
I can’t believe that I have been quite literally robbed by these people. I ordered 4 pairs of earrings that cost just over £75.00 and I have received absolute rubbish - not even close to the ones shown on the website. I am usually very good at researching on the net and checking reviews. I am 69 and live on a pension and thought I’d treat myself - I’ve emailed the company on their website using the contact email address that they give and it does not send! It says ‘invalid email’. Surely something can be done about these sort of scams? The earrings were in small plastic bags in a tiny Jiffy bag - great way to send things from China.
Please please do not buy from Nola…
Please please do not buy from Nola Boutique. They are an absolute scam. I cannot believe I have been dubbed by this site. As i have just recently had my ears pierced for the very 1st time i couldnt believe my luck when this advertisement appeared on my phone advertising this lovely ladies retirement sale of her handmade jewellery. I have just spent over £75 for 4 pairs of earrings and one of the pairs are of a pair of humming birds. This particular pair I have bought for my sister in Canada as she absolutely adores this beautiful birds. Unfortunately when they arrived they are so tiny and cheaply made they look as if they've come out of a children's comic with a free gift attached so extremely disappointed. Another pair of earrings are not what I ordered (a completely different pair to what I ordered) arrived which is how I actually found out that the site I ordered from is a SCAM. I emailed Nola last night and have not received a reply yet so I tried ringing the contact number 01904 344293 which is on the website and no such number exists. That's when alarm bells started ringing and I then went on to Trustpilot and saw all these negative reviews. I just can't believe I've fallen for this as I am usually a very careful person when it comes to ordering online. This site is still wanting people to order from it. Please, please remove it and put a warning attached to it to alert people to this scam.
I did not purchase anything from this…
I did not purchase anything from this retailer but came across their advert from some random website which looks familiar to a previous online shop I bought some items from called Claire Jewelry. Nothing arrived, tried to contact them but there was no direct reply. It seems they are based in China and have disguised themselves as British.
An absolute lie
This ring is disgusting. So cheap and light. Absolutely not as expected. Thought I was ordering from a UK seller. The old lady in the picture is an absolute con.
FAKE RUBBISH!!!
I would give this zero stars if I could. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before buying from Nola Boutique. The 2 pairs of "silver" earrings I purchased are absolute cheap tat made in China. They are very obviously NOT silver. No 925 stamp & the wire for going through your ear has rust spots on it. This outfit should be investigated. They are a front, a fraud, a knock off shop, they are ripping customers off through fraudulent advertising. Cheap & nasty rubbish mass made in China. BUYER BEWARE. A total waste of money. Both sets of earrings immediately went in the bin. I wouldn't even donate them to a charity shop
Read the reviews!
This was an impulse buy. I can't believe that I didn't read the reviews. I really should have thought to myself, if it sounds too good to be true it is! To be fair, some of the rings are pretty, but very cheap. Nowhere near worth the money that I paid for them. I wasn't expecting them from China.
They have offered me a 15 percent discount, which I have accepted, because I'm not prepared to pay for the return.
A fake photo and back story, goods come from China.
I wish I'd read the reviews 1st. The order comes from China. I've no idea who the lady in the photo is, but I doubt she has anything to do with the products. I have emailed and asked why the goods are coming from China, when I live 100 miles down the road from York, the reply says they are " committed to transparency ". I have now seen other websites selling exactly the same products, with a different lady's photo and name. I haven't yet received the goods, but have zero expectations.
Just por
No communication - refuses to say what base metal of pretty c**p mass produced stuff is. I didn't expect anything special when it is clear even from the ordering that the pieces are mass produced but I did expect some communication. I can't even find my orders on the system. Don't go anywhere near this load of codswallop.

It is a scam- goods are cheap and from China. The website is fake with an AI photo. I orders a few pieces and am devastated to have lost money in this way. You cannot return the good either without paying for shipping to China.
CHRISTMAS CRACKER JUNK
Another gullible buyer completely taken in by false advertising. This company must be responsible for Christmas cracker junk!! Live and learn - you only get what you pay for.
I first ordered two rings a total of…
I first ordered two rings a total of £44.98 on the 30 April these rings were not received through tje post the other order two pairs of earrings were received and of very poor quality, lead to believe the jewellery were hand made in York but arrived from China. I tried very hard to get my order refunded as the rings I didn't receive but yo no avail, they are an absolute scam, I have learnt my lesson
The product was not what advertised and…
The product was not what advertised and definitely not hand made. Cheap materials and low quality products from China
CHEAP, SHODDY GOODS AT RIP-OFF PRICES
This seller is selling fraudulent goods, under a fake name. AI photo of ‘Nola Mackenzie’, who purportedly is selling her last few items at greatly reduced prices before she retires. We are- falsely- led to believe that she hand makes each item from her studio in York, whereas the “vintage silver” earrings that I paid £25.99 for are made of an inferior cheap tin material, mass produced in China. Distributed from a wholesaler in Southall, UK. When I emailed to complain, I was informed that I would only be refunded if I paid for the return shipping to China. If an item is received NOT AS ADVERTISED, and having given false information, the seller is acting illegally. I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH TRADING STANDARDS.
I ordered these jewellery from a…
I ordered these jewellery from a website which looked totally British and for jewellery handmade in UK, unfortunately when I received the necklaces they were very poor quality and definitely coming from a big production in China. Please do not use this website quality is terrible and very expensive for what it is.
I would prefer to give 0 stars
I would prefer to give 0 stars, they told me delivery would take 6 to 10 days, it took 25, they all belong in the bin total and utter rubbish, save your money, i have bought better jewellery items on temu for under £2. This site is a con. Scammers united they should call themselves.
Total scam
Total scam. They send you a very cheap version of what they advertise. They offer refunds on the site but you won’t get one! Beware and avoid.
