I have tried to contact the company 15 times in the last week to correct a mailing address. They do not respond. This is a SCAM. They are horrible.

Not worth any stars at all!
I ordered a watch before christmas 2024, for my son, it never arrived. I emailed customer support numerous times but never had a reply. They were quick to take my money though!

CONNED - do not shop here.

Ordered child's watch it took ages to arrive and was absolutely massive.

Emailed to ask for an exchange and no reply

I ordered a watch for my grandsons birthday. I emailed them to ask about size, they never replied. The watch came, the face was too big and the quality was rubbish. I have emailed them, filled out the "contact us" form, and still no one has got back to me. £27.99 wasted!!!

Rip-off. Charged £25 for something then delivered by AliExpress. Checked their website and they only charge £5.29.

The quality of the watch was terrible. It claims the watch is for kids, but it is for adults, and cannot be adjusted. I would have to pay just as much to return it to France, not even worth it.

I ordered 2 watches for Christmas for my grandsons. They only sent one....I repeatedly contacted them to send the 2nd watch............They refused..........

They are marketed well look good look good quality. My son is very Sporty and it broke not very well designed and not good quality.

Watches came super late but I love them. They are really nice looking kid watches both in tact and working. One will need a battery but with usps ground shipping from God knows where I'll take that! I also never got a shipping confirmation not sure if the email was wrong or what so I didn't even think they were coming!

Total scam. Watch arrived broken. Company doesn’t reply to emails. Total waste of money. Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely a SCAM!!! Don't be fooled!

They have a slogan on their page that says:

"Chrono-Kids is the children's watches boutique number one in the US!"

leading you to believe they are located in the US. They are not! Their satisfaction guarantee is a joke. It costs you more to ship the product back to them in France than to throw it away!

Avoid at absolute cost. Scam con artists selling fake products and no communications offered to complain about. Company should be bulldozed

Don’t buy from this company.
I bought a watch for my 14 yr old grandson who is now bitterly disappointed. The watch face is huge, the strap is so big that it would need to be made smaller for an adult. The quality is very poor, you would find better on a market stall for £5.
Customer service non existent. £60 thrown down the drain as far as I am concerned.

This company is a scam. I ordered a watch from Chrono-Kids for my son and it's HUGE and HEAVY and was advertised to be for kids. I asked for a refund and to be able to mail the watch back and nobody replied for weeks. I finally got a response from somebody who said they "don't use return labels," and I can "just send it back" if I don't want it. Don't buy from this company!

Avoid. Company is just a load of criminals selling absolute junk and ignoring emails.

Absolutely the worst company ever. I've ordered a watch for a little girl and when I finally got it, it wasn't even working. They don't reply to emails there is no contact with them. Shocking.

Note that there aren't actually any review visible on the website. That's a red flag.

Watch quality was abysmal. Both sides of the strap broke, it was slow by about 15 minutes a day (!), there was massive amount of play in the crown when adjusting. Oh, and you can also just pull the crown all the way out.

They sent me an adult watch and charged me twice. They won’t answer emails and have no other contact info.

Do not buy from this company. Watches awful quality and broke within a week of having it. Should be shut down

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered end Nov a kids watch (boys) with the smallest wrist size in hopes of receiving for Xmas. No delivery timeframes on the order, checked q&a closer to Christmas and it quoted 21 days, hoped for week after new year allowing for the holidays . When it didn’t arrive had chased up by email with no response.

Arrived today. Admittedly was only £30 but quality feels very tacky in comparison with my own watch which wa of similar value from Nexr. Ordered from this site specifically for kids sizes, but the watch face itself is huge, in no way would fit a child and the watch is even too big for my Adult female wrist! Completely false advertising on the website (great for kids) and product spec itself.
