I was not pleased with the unit, but this company gave me a full refund without any argument about it. They stand by what they say.
The unit worked one day, and stopped working. I made sure it was fully charged, but still it won't work. Even when it did work, it did not work as the advertisement showed.

Ordered a grooming brush
Ordered a grooming brush, got order confirmation then advice shipped. Not received after two weeks, tracking page then said number could not be found, email cs.nolarus.com three times but no response. Paid credit card so complained to bank to resolve.on 9 September received advice parcel had arrived at post box with damaged packing. Collected and found product still useable. Delayed in Brisbane postal system for 19 days, no explanation. Customer Service at Nolaris has still not replied to emails.

Very good communication considering the item came from overseas. Wish it could have been a faster delivery but still reasonable and the communication concerning the parcel's whereabouts and time frame were very good relative to prior experiences which were so bad I shy away from overseas transactions which by the way were prior to any crazy tariff situation going on.
