One thing that I couldn't find out where my package was at times during the shipment. Tracking details were hit and miss. I'm not sure if it was through you or the delivery company. Pet Grooming Tool
I ordered the grooming tools to use to remove mats from the fur of my long-hair cats because the ads all show people using the product to literally shear the fur off. I was disappointed because they didn`t work any better than other tools I already had and they certainly didn`t trim fur off or remove mats. And I am $52.00 out.
