Great communication. Arrived on time, took my old garden furniture. No problem whatsoever. Very pleasant chaps, would definitely recommend this service.

Lewis provided a first class service from start to finish. Out of those who provided an estimate his was the cheapest and very reasonable. On the day he kept me up to date with an ETA and arrived as advised. He removed the items promptly and was polite and friendly despite it being the end of a long day for him and working through the cold and rain in the dark. I would definitely use his services again if I wasn't leaving the area and have no hesitation recommending him.

It was so easy to book Nolla waste online and they were able to come out just 48 hours later. I got a time slot on the day but I received a courtesy phone call to say they were half an hour away. I wasn’t sure how much rubbish I needed moving but I knew it was a lot. I was amazed how much they managed to take! They worked really hard and long after dark. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than a skip. I’d highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

What can I say ! Came when they said ! Cleared all the kitchen rubbish before I could even take a photo ! Even my kitchen fitter was impressed to ask for his details !! No messing around and very polite and pleasant! Can definitely recommend them !

Very impressed with this company. We had been let down by various other people and so glad we found Nolla Waste. Great communication, fair pricing, came on time and careful with removals to avoid any damage to paintwork, very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend. Also very important to me that waste is not fly tipped. I received a waste transfer notice and know that the goods were either recycled or disposed off in the correct manner.

Contacted them about a disposal service and they executed it quickly and professionally. Got a refund without prompting as the waste was below the communicated volume. Great service.

Easy to deal with booked it they moved it no problem

I booked to have a large amount of household waste collected, paid £192 including VAT. I was contacted and asked if i would like a specific time, i thought this was very prudent of them.
The collection happened within the time window i was quoted and very efficiently, probably done in under 20 minutes.
Unlike other waste collection services, Nolla did not bombard me with unsolicited phonecalls and emails after i requested the quote, this was highly appreciated.
The price was very reasonable and cheaper than nationwide chains and significantly less hassle than a skip. Happy to support a local business and would use again in a heartbeat.
