I've purchase a couple of Horween iPhone cases in the past because I reckon they're the finest of their kind available. Then I decided to purchase a Horween leather strap for my Ultra. While the leather is superb, the fastener was faulty so the one strap wouldn't click into place. Disappointed, and not expecting a reaction, my review was less than stellar. Subsequently, the reaction and assistance from Nomad Support still has me astonished. They couldn't have been more helpful, supportive, and understanding. Quicker than I could blink, a replacement was on its way. Wow. If only other folks out there were like Nomad. Seriously, people. I'm impressed. They stand by their products. You can't go wrong. Well done, Nomad!

Shortly after I contacted them, company representatives contacted me and did everything they could to help. As soon as I submitted the relevant documents, they approved a replacement for the product. Less than a week after contacting them, the new product arrived at my home. Amazing service, a company that respects itself and our money.

Their leather phone cases are not durable whatsoever. Walking from my driveway to the front door in the rain (about 15 seconds) caused the case to bubble. They will not cover this under warranty. If this is any indication of the other products they claim are top quality, don’t buy.

I purchased a dress (spirit dress) in red. It was too big and I returned the item. Despite numerous emails I have never received my refund.

I ordered a Nomad Apple Find My wallet card. It never worked and I could never get anyone from Nomad to respond to my repeated emails to customer service. What a waste of money and so frustrating. I'll never buy anything from Nomad ever again!

Nothing but good experiences with Nomad… have an addiction to their Apple Watch straps… have several of the Sport bands and especially love the Rocky Mountain. Have their new universal cable for Apple Watch ordered too!

I bought Nomad electronic and life style product for couple of years. What I like about their goods that made in USA and good quality. Even I put 5 star, I dislike that the retail price of the products is a little more expensive compare to amazon.

Ordered a Rocky Point Band in Forest Green for Apple Watch Ultra. Got delivered super quick to the UK. Love these straps and have most colours. 100% recommend them!
