Fantastic customer service. I had a warranty issue with one of Nomad's products and they handled the issue quickly and easily, and went beyond expectations to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, all while minimizing our environmental impact. Top work!

Leather keychain for AirTag. Just outside of warranty it falls to bits. Leather appears to be glued together and the AirTag drops out. Wouldn’t buy again.

Bought a titanium watch band and was very satisfied with the quality of the product and instructions for making adjustments to size. I had to contact the company for a billing issue and was happy with the support I received!

Their products are quite good. I own 5 of the Apple watchbands, and the Rocky Point are my favorite. In the past I had some bad experience with the customer service staff, but I have deleted my previous review because customer service has made vast improvements. Just for the record, Lily at Nomad's customer service would rate five stars anywhere. She took care of my questions quickly, efficiently, and with personality. She caused me to delete my negative review, add a positive review, and look at the company in a new light. I gave a total of 4 stars only because of past experience. But by all rights, Nomad has a five star person, who is an asset to Nomad, and the products and the service, are great. They should dump their $5 deduction for return refunds. It does look bad in my opinion.

The leather smells like power. Feels tough, smooth, and clean in the hand. You can tell it’s the kind of case that’s only gonna look better the more you beat it up.
I ain’t trying to keep it flawless — I want it to get worn, scratched, and aged like a good leather jacket. That’s the vibe.
Nomad did their thing with this one. Straight up, this case is 🔥.

My PT told me to get an Apple Watch. The problem was that — before my Nomad band — every other watch band, even the sport loops that is supposed to be fairly hypoallergenic, irritated my skin. The product is not cheap, but worth it. Not only is the titanium super and non-irritating (as long as you wash and dry it as you would your hands), but the customer service is top-rate. I had an issue with a piece of the band slipping; they sent me a replacement. I lost some pins; they sent me replacements - for free.

Beware of ordering from their website. Returns are on you - you can ship somewhere to china. FedEx their partner of choice charges 200 usd.
Honestly this is borderline criminal in my view. Just don’t order from them

The entire experience from purchase to customer support was seamless from start to finish. The person who delt with me was professional, easy to work with, and followed up promptly with my MagSafe issue (not to go into detail). You can tell they genuinely care, not just about the service, but about the product itself. The quality holds up, and it’s clear they stand behind what they make.

had two separate issues with recent orders from Nomad — one about missing out on an anniversary sale price, and another about a screen protector that was supposed to be included with my case. In both cases, the support team (especially Pam!) was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful.

Not only did they quickly process a refund adjustment for the sale price, but when I reached out about the missing screen protector, they immediately placed a separate order to send it to me. The whole interaction was smooth, respectful, and left me feeling like a valued customer.

The best case i have even owned. This company is the best. They are in Santa Barbara area I think. I buy the same Modern Leather folio case with the horween leather. Horween leather is best because it is vegetable tanned so it doesn't use harsh chemicals.
This has good drop protection too. Also, their customer service is the best.

The company manufactures exceptional products, particularly the Apple Band. These devices are not only aesthetically pleasing but also timeless and seamlessly integrated into various outfits. I have purchased multiple colors, and I consider them to be the best I have encountered thus far. As a professional in the communications industry, I am highly satisfied with their products. The customer service is exceptionally user-friendly and professionally supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend their products and consistently receive prompt and efficient responses from their customer service team. The best part is all the compliments I get from everyone how they recommended five stars.

I had to made a claim about a warranty this time around. I won’t go into crazy details about what for but I will absolutely say that the agent that goes by Ozi was an absolute legend. I couldn’t believe I ran into him a second time. Hes such a kind generous fellow. I wouldn’t want to be connected with anyone else but him. He took time out of his own to day listen to my selfish problems and genuinely cared. He talked to me and we had a good conversation before the ticket was handled. THAT is what you call great customer support. I won’t be buying from anyone else but them from now on. It seems they are like a small family. Don’t underestimate these guys, you will be thrilled with the product. If there’s any issues with it when it arrives you better BEST BELIEVE they will handle it with the upmost care.

Excellent customer service. Excellent quality Apple Watch band. I ordered the wrong band initially. Customer service was excellent. Canceled the order. IMMEDIATELY refunded the wrong item ordered. I then placed an order for the correct item. It arrived super quick and is AWESOME. Ordering another color tonight.

Great products and the customer service is very good. I had to replace a screen protector and the process was quick and easy.
