This company really stepped up to the plate when I had an issue with my watch band.

Nomad has one of the most consumer friendly return policies I've ever experienced. I returned a case after the dye transferred to a MagSafe charging stand. It was hassle free. I was provided with a QR code to return it to a local Staples and received a refund shortly thereafter. They even offered to apply it along with an additional $10 to another product, but the one I wanted was out of stock. The whole process was easy to implement and their CS reponded quickly, always a real intelligent person and no bots.

Poor quality and misleading advertising. Unable to leave a review on product website !

Spent £68 on a new iPhone17 ProMax case and screen protector

iPhone 17 Modern Case ProMAx 2025 was advertised as fingerprint resistant - it's the MOST fingerprint attractive case I've ever owned - don't buy it ! Very misleading advertising.

Glass Screen protector - followed application instructions exactly and was left with multiple bubbles under the glass. Tried every which way to remove them and they won't go. Looks awful, had to remove and throw away.

Return fee's are not covered by Nomad so would loose a lot if I tried to return back to Japan.

I've purchased lots of NOMAD products in the past and they have been good quality. These are really disappointing,and will be the last purchase I make here. £68 in the bin :(

Customer Service is top notch. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable.

I ordered an iphone 17 case, screen protector, ipods case and watch strap.
1. After several days no processing updates - turns out because the airpods case not available until mid November they decided not to process the entire order.
2. I requested a cancellation but this was refused because the order was processing. But a week later my order was still not processed. Complete lie that my order could not be cancelled.
3. a screen protector and a watch strap arrived but the iphone 17 case still not processed.
4. the help desk says the iphone 17 case was out of stock. But at no time has it shown out of stock on the website.
5. They said the case was in stock and order processing two days ago. But 48 hrs later its not!
6. I emailed heldesk to ask where my case was and when it would be deliverd but no reply!
7. I think they have gone back to holding the iphone 17 case until the airpods case is available in mod november.
8. Bottom line I have had my iphone 17 for a week but due to no case have not been able to set it up and recycle the old phone.
9. Unlike all other case manufacturers this company is not next day delivery and does not have delivery steps updated againt the order number so you have no idea what has happened to your order.
10. I just want my iphone 17 case. But would advise others to avoid this company.
11. I will dispute with my credit card company if nothing heard by tonight - thats two weeks after ordering the iphone 17 case and still no news on when the order is shipping.

I’m on day 4 of waiting for my iPhone 17 case. That’s not processing time. It’s FedEx shipping time. I have to go through their AI to report problems and I’m lucky if I get a response the same day.

It looks like FedEx won’t deliver until late tomorrow, day 5. Nomad did refund my two day shipping charge. But they did nothing like suggest sending out a replacement with overnight shipping.

This is my second phone case purchase with Nomad and it will be my last. The first one was two years ago. I’ll stick with Amazon from now on.

I had a problem with a Traditional Leather case for iPhone 17 pro and the support solved my problem in seconds! Great support!

Nomad...well, I purchased 2 bands on a Friday
(Sept,19) and the website states two business days for them to process and ship orders. This would mean by Monday or Tuesday yet they waited until 5 business days later to created the label to an order that is well past their "processing" time. It is now a full 7 days later and the order has yet to ship so I requested a refund. Well folks, their shotty customer service department (you can only email them) has stated the product has shipped so it cannot be cancelled. According to their provided tracking number the order hasn't been delivered to USPS for 2 day shipping. The company needs money, or their customer service team is that lazy. Either way, I would order via amazon and not from their direct site as they have some clear processing issues coupled by some integrity issues.

Great support, great products, the best smelling case on planet (horween versions), fast shipping….Nomad….what else?

I signed up for the email newsletter with a promise of a 10% discount ! Never got it! Reached out to the “ CS” but they are completely clueless and unprofessional! They did not want to help at all! Company may sell a good product but without a good CS , it becomes irrelevant!

I bought the silver Titanium band which was a good product whilst being a bit pricey. I then bought a black titanium band which was not a good product as it was scratching easily and I had simultaneously bought a rocky point band which had a very poor fitting. When I requested from the company to replace the Rocky point band they refused and asked me to film myself attaching the band to my Apple Watch Ultra to verify I knew how to do it. Absurd!

First of all I am giving my rating 10 Stars to Nomad, Truly a great brand which give more than 100% value to customer with aspects of post sales service,
Not going in long story but I had a issue with my case and Nomad Sent me another case as I belongs to India, what I appreciate the concern they understand and review it very closely and provide me the utmost and the best solution within very sharp and express service, I am being telling this openly that I never been experienced such a customer value before. The guy name is OZI he helped me in every best possible solution he can make it and I am more than 100 % happy from him and from Nomad. My first and ever last prefrence is to buy only Nomad Cases and accessory my next bucket list is Nomad Wallet .. Nomad I will be back soon to buy keep remember me guys . :)

This is a general review of Nomad over years. I have used their cases for multiple iPhones. I use their cover for AirPod Pro. I use their chargers, that have become better over years.
