Very supportive

Staff supported me through the entire process and the process was fairly quick. They've even supported me after signing my lease and paying deposit. I appreciate the assistance into this next chapter.

Update: they've been checking in with me to see if I have any questions and offered to help me set up my utilities before I move in.

It happened so fast

It happened so fast! Nomad arranged for the photo shoot, wrote the script, published the ad and I had a qualified, vetted renter in less than a week!

Great experience with Nomad

We worked with several people at Nomad (Bysshe, Justin and Ivan) and across the board everyone has been warm, friendly and professional. We have gotten frequent updates, clear instructions and prompt answers when we have questions. Figuring out a new rental is usually stressful but they have made it a pleasant experience!

Nomad Team Lease Experience

Nomad Team including Zach W made the leasing experience very feasible, efficient and timely to get my property listing, viewing, and lease signing in less then 2 weeks! Thank you Nomad Team and Zach W for matching my property with the right tenants, which saved me stress, time and energy to focus on preparing the property for my new tenants.

had a great experience with Nomad Property Management. They helped me rent out my house smoothly and efficiently. The entire process was easy and well organized. Amazing experience!

We rented our property with Nomad

We rented our property with Nomad. It took us 3 months to lease our property on Nomad. We were trying to rent our property since 1 year using other portals and private realtor. Nomad provided us easier way to rent the property where we received multiple showings and applications. The entire process was seamless and easy to approach.

I recently worked with Zach from Nomad to lease my 4-bedroom property, and the experience was seamless. Zach managed to get the lease executed two days faster than the local average, which really speaks to his efficiency and knowledge of the market. He kept the momentum going throughout the entire process and made everything stress-free. If you're looking for someone professional and results-driven, I highly recommend asking for Zach!

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are beyond useless, waste your time, and have the worst people working for them. When they email you it feels like you’re talking to a robot. They take hours to reply, have no helpful information. Just scripted “one size fits all” answer. If you’re renting through someone who uses this platform, RUN away as fast as you can.

Good Experience with Zach and Team

I had a good experience with Nomad finding renters for my property. Terrence explained the on-boarding process in a very straightforward and understandable manner. Zach and his team were super responsive and always provided reasonable advice on steps to take during the marketing. I always felt heard and appreciated as a customer. Some minor issues with the website and platform but an overall great experience.

I appreciate the personal contact

Our last correspondence regarding my tenant was in February. Since I received no updates, I didn't know what the status of the tenant's deliquency is. It took close to a week for the representative to follow up with me after I reached out via email for a status update. However, when I did receive contact from the company, it was a personal phone call. I really appreciate that. I just wish they could be a little more proactive about follow up.
