Used this company website free service for robo calls on my landline until probably a week ago. Kept wondering why I didn’t get the usual one ring which meant their website had caught the call. Was no... See more

Nomorobo is as USELESS as FTC Do Not Call Registry! Sadly, despite using Nomorobo, their program can only block few numbers (which means peace & quiet, but only a few months). After that, somehow... See more

Nomorobo used to work very well when I first signed up for the free version for my landline. I had even considered getting the paid version for my cell phone. I'm glad now that I did not do so. Lately... See more

Worthless

Free service from my phone provider. Needed assistance to get it working and signed in. Have had it for over a month now and have noticed only 1 blocked call. Almost no difference in robo calls getting through to me. About 99.9% ineffective, do not pay for this service. It dosn't work!

Nomorobo not compatible with Vonage

Nomorobo worked with Vonage for an initial period of 4-6 weeks with robocalls calls reduced to about 1-2 per week.
Then something happened and we were getting 3-4 per hour in the mornings.
The Robocall set-up program said it is a Vonage setup error. I talked to Vonage and they say it is a Nomorobo problem.
Wow, I thought the finger-pointing mentality left the customer support vocab 10-15 years ago.
This situation has gone on for several weeks. I think there is no interest in solving the problem.
The "customer" of these two companies appears to be the Federal commissions, not the user.

NoMoRobo stopped working on my landline…

NoMoRobo stopped working on my landline at the beginning of October, with Vonage. The "SimuRing* phone number supplied by NoMoRobo no longer works. I spoke with Vonage, since there's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER for NoMoRobo, and they told me it's an ongoing problem at NoMoRobo.

NEW LOOK--NO FUNCTION COMPLETELY USELESS

The web page to report numbers has changed. Now it permits me to enter a number, but it will not go on to the next part. Clicking "NEXT" does nothing, it just sits there waiting for something. I have sent seven HELP requests asking how to operate this "new look" page. The old page at least allowed me to think I was reporting numbers. The current page for Nomorobo is absolutely USELESS!!!!!

I installed and set up my account 3…

I installed and set up my account 3 days ago and have not received 1 call!! I was getting 30-40 a day and now none! You have to go through the entire set up for it to work and after I figured that out, I was good to go and am totally pleased!! It’s so nice not to have to worry about all those calls from people wanting to steal my personal information!

I had Nomorobo activated with Comcast…

I had Nomorobo activated with Comcast phone service for about a week. Initially, I received a couple of the one ring calls so I assumed the system was capturing at least some of the robo calls. However the past two days I have been inundated with 16 robo calls from a number always with the same 6 initial numbers 703-583 but with different last four digits. I reported all the calls but seemed to get progressively worst. Some actually had names associated with them but most only showed a location. My suspicion is all fake. I also started to have various problems with my phone. Calls going direct to voicemail was one. Today, I decided to disable Nomorobo and observe the results compared to with Nomorobo.

Completely ineffective

Completely ineffective. About as effective as a do nothing member of Congress who has ignored an issue that affects 100 percent of the population!

I don't think this service actually works

I don't think this service actually does anything, and there is never a response from customer support to emails. Reporting calls that get through has absolutely no effect. I even sent an email via their website asking, "Are you still there?" but never heard anything. Promised enhancements (like call logs, which the websites has been promising is "coming very soon" for years) haven't happened. I believe they built the product a few years ago, set it on autopilot, and went away to do something else. The annoying part is that the service "comes with" my phone service, which means my phone company is paying Nomorobo something, which means I'm paying Nomorobo something. For a product that doesn't seem to work, has zero support, and has had zero enhancements in the past few years, that's not a good deal

Complete bull

Complete bull. How is it that when I report TEXTS and calls that they are already identified as robo calls. If you know this bull, they should not be coming through! I paid for a year subscription, and have canceled, but I am ready for a class action lawsuit for a service that is the opposite of advertised!!!

NoMoRoBo SUCKS

NoMoRoBo SUCKS! I still get 2-3 calls every day from predetory scammers...same as BEFORE signing up with them! I report every phone number that isn't blocked...I FEEL LIKE I'M WORKING FOR THEM! This is supposed to be a service provided in conjunction with my phone service...I'm complaining to my phone service right now!

Inaccurate transcription.

I received a call this morning from 323-736-4015. I entered this number on the NOMOROBO website. They have a spot where you can listen to a typical message left by this robo caller. Below that they show a transcript of the message. The transcript read "as clogged their eyes clogged their". Listening to to message you could clearly hear "Is Claude there...is Claude there?"

Allows known spam calls with messages to ring

I had their service for a few years and my spam calls were much less. My problem is the “health insurance” calls with a recorded message that Nomorobo would allow to ring. Then when I did “lookup” it was a known spam call with one option “allow call”. Apparently it was already allowed. Since I dropped Nomorobo I do get some spam calls but strangely not a single one of the “health insurance” recorded message calls. This really makes me wonder what is going on at Nomorobo.
