Utterly disappointed wil this company
Utterly disappointed wil this company. My order was place 24th sep 2025 and with there website stating it would be despatch the next day. On the 1st of Oct my order had not arrived so I mail sent inquiring as to delivery. Within an hour or so I was told they would check on the status of my order. The next day I had no reply. Sent another email 2nd Oct requesting a reply. Come 12.30pm 8th oct till no reply I sent another email requesting that the order be cancelled and a full refund. 30 mins later I get another email informing me that one of their colleagues was contacting their courier to ascertain the state of the order. Later that day I received an email asking for feedback as to the order. I replied I could not comment as I still was awaiting delivery. 10th oct still no reply. 10th oct emailed and insisted that the order be cancelled and a full refund be issued. Awaiting a reply or a full refund.

Import costs refer to additional charges that may apply when goods cross international borders. These differ from standard shipping fees. While shipping costs only cover the transport of your parcel from our facility to your country, import costs are imposed by local customs authorities and may include duties, taxes (such as VAT), and administrative handling fees.
In this particular case, VAT was not collected at the time of purchase. Consequently, the customs office in the destination country may apply VAT and any applicable import duties before releasing the goods. This is a normal procedure for cross-border transactions and is separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout.
These import charges are determined and collected by the authorities in the destination country, not by the sender, and unfortunately, we have no influence over these fees.

Customer Service is very bad
I once ordered a paint and had to reorder a second one because there was nothing left. Then i noticed that the first colour had a wrong gloss level and i discussed that with the company that i ordered 3 times the same paint (and same gloss level) and always got different gloss levels. They refused to help me or even give me back my money and told me that i have to guess which gloss level it is and pay it by myself.
I will never order something again from them.

Where do I start i placed an order due to them stating 1 to 2 day delivery service is stated on there website now 15 days on no product very poor communication i have requested a refund as i am sick of waiting its funny how amazon termu can deliver free worldwide yet these guys want 60 pound for ups to deliver which ups have been emailing me daily saying parcel will be delivered between 10.00 13.00 still nothing and then one today stating they want 60 pounds to deliver I'd be very carefully buying from this company it has SCAM ALL OVER IT FOR ME LETS SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES ME TO GET MY REFUND IF IT ISNT SORTED I WILL GO TO THE ECC about this problem

It is standard practice that when you purchase an item within the EU, it comes with an EU plug. This is the case everywhere. Therefore, we are surprised that you did not expect this, as it is entirely normal.
For this reason, we are unable to assist in returning the product or refunding the import costs you have paid.
Unfortunately, my colleague has tried in vain to explain this clearly and politely. However, we have since received multiple emails from you in which you insult us in severe terms, wish us harm, and threaten to destroy our company and post negative reviews every day. We are not susceptible to such threats, nor do we accept communication of this nature.
The part you included in your Trustpilot review is therefore not correct. We aim to assist every customer, but communication in this manner will certainly not lead to a resolution.

Nice company/ website needs upgrade
Website needs to be in multiple languages and the order page needs to be clearer. CROP, was nice shipping my item for free despite my choice to pick it up myself; a choice I made due to unclarity of the order page.

Free delivery isn't Free at all as customs charges are applied. Total scam as this is not clear at all on Crops website. Between Crop and Ups they are both shockingly bad. Avoid if from UK at all costs.

In this case, no VAT (Value Added Tax) was paid at the time of purchase, which means the customs authorities in the destination country may charge VAT upon import. These are standard procedures for international shipments and are separate from the original shipping fee you paid.
We clearly state this information on our website, so customers are aware of potential import costs. However, we are not responsible for these charges, and we do not include them in your payment to us.
Import costs are not paid to us, but directly to your own government or customs authority. Since you did not pay VAT during your order, your local customs may charge VAT and possibly other fees when the package arrives in your country. This is a standard part of international shipping and completely separate from the shipping fee you paid to us.

Impeccable quality of paint. I used to use two-component paint that you need to mix and use with your own sprayer. Now everything is much easier because the price in cans is almost the same.
