Overall, I have been disappointed with my experience of CareADHD.
I chose them through Right to Choose largely because of the advertised shorter waiting times, although in reality the process took much longer than stated.
My initial assessment felt very rushed. I often felt I wasn't given enough time to properly explain my answers before being moved on to the next question.
My first titration appointment was much better. The clinician was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, finding the right medication has been difficult. The first medication didn't work for me, while the second caused severe insomnia and I felt unable to tolerate it after a week. I know many who have ben offered melatonin for this but I wasnt. I was then switched to another medication, after which I experienced a severe headache, tingling down my right arm and my right hand becoming very cold.
This is where I became particularly concerned about the service. I contacted CareADHD to report these symptoms but received only an automated response and didn't receive a clinical response for four days. When somebody did eventually reply, I was told to attend hospital urgently. If my symptoms warranted urgent hospital assessment, I find it extremely concerning that my message had sat unanswered for four days. There should surely be an effective system for identifying and responding promptly to reports of potentially serious adverse medication effects.
I've also since realised that while the service includes four titration appointments, after that you may need to pay for further appointments. In my experience, four appointments have not been enough to establish the right medication and dose, and many people I have spoken to agree this is inadequate. Titration is by its nature a process of trialling and adjusting medication, and I did not realise i'd be left to figure things out alone after this or pay for further support.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend CareADHD. I haven't consistently felt listened to, I don't feel my medication concerns were responded to quickly enough, and I don't feel the level of support available after diagnosis and during titration has been sufficient.
Mohammad Beegoo is compassionate, professional, and timely. I’ve vastly appreciated working with him through this process and he has helped more than once when I didn’t know the next step or was confused. I hope the rest of the team works as diligently and as kindly as he does. Thank you, Mohammad. :)
Eventually sought an ADHD diagnosis due to finally having a mental breakdown and chose this company based on wait times advertised on their own website.
Diagnosed with ADHD in May after a couple of months wait. No problems with the diagnosis journey and assessment and felt hopeful that there was light at the end of the tunnel. I was advised by my assessor that there was a 12 week wait for medication. Annoying but understandable and I counted down desperately in the hope of some help.
Nearly 6 months later and I still have not been offered a titration appointment. I have contacted them twice using the contact form and had no response. Eventually tried online chat and got a generic response apologising for wait and to contact GP to expedite appointment. GP emailed and still no contact. Again, I contacted via online contact form and have received no response. Checked the website again for updated wait time which states 3 months updated in October which is wholly untrue.
This company is a shambles, is being dishonest about wait times and fails to reply to communication.
I won't go into the mental distress this is causing me on a public forum, but it is significant and they don't seem to care or even want to be upfront with people.
I will be making a complaint directly to my local icb as this should not be on the list of recommended providers on right to choose.

In my opinion, this company are falsely advertising that they are carrying out Autism assessments for under 18s.
Having completed our forms to their strict deadline, we had heard nothing for months. I have made a formal complaint but have been fobbed off with 'we are increasing our clinical capacity'. I still haven't heard a thing about booking an assessment. When we were referred, wait times were 6 weeks. This was almost 6 months ago.
Were the process of RTC not so onerous, I would retract my referral and start again elsewhere.

I was diagnosed with ADHD by CAREADHD (now Noodle) on the 26th January 2026. CAREADHD acknowledged my titration request on the 28th of February. They sent me forms for my titration request on March 6th, and then they emailed me on April 2nd, telling me that I’m ready to be booked, but that it could take a few weeks. It is now November the 2nd. It has been 7 months. It has been even longer, if you consider that I decided I wanted medication when I got diagnosed.
I was told around May-June that the latest I would be booked is July. Then, when July passed, I was told there was a backlog and now the latest I would be seen is October.
They told me they would need an email or letter from my doctor to confirm my urgency if I was to be seen any sooner, so I went to my doctor and she did just that. She even messaged me to say when she had emailed CARE ADHD.
I called CAREADHD and asked if they got the email. For some reason at that time, they didn’t even have access to their own inbox, so they couldn’t see if they received the email or not. I called again a while later, for a second time, and they said they never received the email.
I have not been able to ask my doctor to resend the email as she has now left the practice, and my ADHD and anxiety symptoms have prevented me from doing so.
It takes a massive amount of executive function, that I don’t have, to keep chasing this company and filling out their forms. Most of the time I call them, they either leave me on hold for 2-3 hours or don’t answer. They have even hung up on me before. When I send them emails, they don’t respond for at least 2 weeks. It seems the only way they will reply to you, is if you complain.
They barely sent me any communications for months, and when they did, it was to say that they became a noodle?!?! It is absolutely ridiculous and I couldn’t make this up if I tried. It’s incredibly tone deaf, especially when they are leaving so many of their patients to struggle in limbo with titration wait times.
CAREADHD thought this was the perfect time to spend money on a rebranding and expansion into Noodle, so that they can push more and more people through their system, whilst leaving their old patients to collect dust.
If you are thinking about choosing this company as your right-to-choose provider, please reconsider. If not for yourself, then for the other people who still haven’t been treated yet and need to be seen. I am in an abusive home situation, and I can’t leave whenever I might get the opportunity, as I can’t get myself to take the necessary steps to organise my things. I need medication or something to function. It is ruining my life and keeping me trapped.
I do not recommend CAREADHD/Noodle

Very unimpressed with this experience.
Information is lacking, updates are seldom and contacting these people is nigh on impossible.
The CareAHDD website gave indication that waiting times should be 12 weeks. The reality is multiples of this.
I am presently on the phone and chat waiting for a response to raising the fact that their verification codes for accessing my account on their website are not being sent!
You would not run your own business like this, unless customer satisfaction and an actual working service didn't matter.....
When you realise that the "customers" NEED to access the service, and have nowhere else to go. It becomes clear that you can treat the captive audience with distain, sparse resource and keep people waiting.
Waiting for verification codes that don't arrive
Waiting for a chat repsonse
Waiting for a telephone operator
Waiting for titration
Let me be clear that the business simply cannot be the right size for its uptake, and has either vastly underestimated the uptake, or is simply not spending on providing the service.

I paid private for my diagnosis, but couldnt afford to stay on that path for titration. So i asked my doctor to request revalidation through right to chose. 10 months I have now been waiting, it really affects my mental health as I am just kept hanging all the time. I am now going to look into how I can take this further

I honestly cannot recommend my ADHD assessor enough. From the very beginning, I felt listened to, understood and supported throughout the whole assessment process.
Having someone take the time to really listen to my experiences and help me make sense of things has been genuinely life-changing. I felt comfortable being myself, never judged, and reassured throughout.
The whole experience was professional, compassionate and thorough, and I’m so grateful for the understanding and clarity it has given me.
Thank you for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so positive. Very quick and efficient to sorting my medication out as well.

Just heard about the name change and I feel so sorry for anybody on your waiting lists. You're making all your patients look like it's all just a joke. Nobody wants a diagnosis from a "doctor" with such an unprofessional business name. I'm literally reading post after post of your clients feeling humiliated by the name change. Being diagnosed with a real, serious mental health related/medical conditions is a serious situation, not a kids game or a fun food. Absolute insanity. Like I say I feel sorry for any patients now having to be embarrassed by who theyre having an assessment with or having to find a new waiting list to join. You've just ruined your business with this name change. It makes me think you havnt even got legitimate doctors working with you.

When I started on the titration waiting list, the wait list times according to their website was 5 months.
7 months later, the website says 3 months.
When emailing their support about this, I got a template response which directed me to the exact web page I was asking about.
The wait lists are bad. The communication around the wait lists is absolutely atrocious.
Edit for the template / LLM response: why do you need to review my concerns in more detail? It's obvious: don't publish a wait time of 3 months when it's >7 months!

Had ADHD all my life and finally thought I was going to get the support that I have so badly been missing. I feel let down.
I'm not going to write a long complaint as it will be no different from the rest on here. I've been waiting since June for titration and from what I read there are many others who's wait has far exceeded that.
Save you templated reply, I've seen it 10 times over. People have put there trust in you and we are being failed.

If you are about to select your ‘right to choose’ clinic after being referred by your GP, I would highly advise against going with Noodle (rebranded from CareADHD as of last week). Quite clearly to try and distance themselves from the endless negative reviews from patients of CareADHD.
I am too angry, upset, disappointed and feeling abandoned by them to write my whole story but essentially I was diagnosed in Jan 26, waited 6 months for tritration to start in June, prescribed Concerta for the first 4 weeks but never got my follow up appointment. Only after 8 weeks of me trying - and failing - to get through to them did I finally get a call back - in September.
Despite making formal complaints and them being upheld in full, the service has not improved and I am still left feeling like I am supposed to work all this out on my own.
Today I have gone back to my GP and asked if they will take me back onto their caseload. Avoid going through the stress, worry, and feelings of being completely on your own and DO NOT go with CareADHD/Noodle.
Sidenote - to rebrand as Noodle should suggest just how utterly clueless this organisation is. Either a soggy string of pasta or a slang term for a brain - either way, this is dumbing down what for us is something we hope would finally be taken seriously!

I I have been emailing and calling, awaiting titration. I was told after 7 months that I should have it in a couple of weeks. An extra month has passed, and I called and was told it could be another 3 months. It is understandable that there are wait times, but to keep getting fobbed off is not the greatest.

Extremely Poor Service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Use any other ADHD provider but these guys! They just delay things for no reason and before you say reach out to your resolutions team - tell them to pull their fingers out and check their bloody email inboxes as I've sent 10's of emails to them and they're not resolving anything!

This company is not honest. Do not believe what they say on the waiting times page about 'under 3 months'. In my experience it has been 8 and a very quick scan of various ADHD internet forums will tell you I am far from alone with many people waiting longer. A complaint will get you fobbed off with some standard line about demand increasing. Which may well be true, but begs the question why their webpage says under 3 months. This appears to be false advertising designed to suck more customers in to their ever ballooning queue. I am starting to mistrust my diagnosis from them. They appear to be profiteering rather than caring medical professionals. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service, efficient and a smooth transition to commence medication
As per the other bad reviews, I'm having the exact same poor experience. Wait times are quadruple quoted, they fob you off with templated messages, don't assist. They must be getting some sore of grant from somewhere, but clearly don't provide a service. Absolutely abhorrent company who just make your mental health worse. Still waiting for titration over 12 months later.

It has been a long journey for myself, one of self discovery again. I was incredibly nervous and apprehensive about my ADHD assessment, but Peter was incredibly understanding, very helpful and thorough. I cannot express enough, how he made me feel at ease and able to converse freely. The result was no surprise, but the journey was great thanks to him. A real asset to the company. Thank you for everything.

Keen to reiterate my frustrations as Care ADHD changed their name to Noodle.
In my opinion, this rebranding was to escape the huge influx of bad reviews they were recieving.
Very long waiting times - I was diagnosed in May 26, choosing them as they explicitly stated a 12 week waiting time to first titration appointment. I have complained and chased this multiple times and I am still yet to get to titration over 6 months post diagnosis. I can see no reasons for this apart from them accepting more patients than they could ever manage onto their books for capital gains.
I would not be under any illusions about them having changed their brand - expect much longer than advertised wait times if you choose them as your RTC provider.
Please read the old Care ADHD reviews for more info. Very disorganised and disappointing experience with 'Noodle'.
