100% in every way. The people!

The two technicians that installed our sauna were super friendly and very efficient. It took under an hour start to finish. The sauna is amazing, we have used it everyday since getting it a week ago. It works great, heats up in 20 minutes, cools down quickly. We have the 3 person sauna, it’s very comfortable for my partner and I to use together and have enough room to sit comfortably. The Bluetooth for our music is an amazing feature and the coloured lighting is fun too. It’s absolutely worth the price, which was really reasonable. Definitely recommend getting a Nook sauna.

I waited 8 years for a sauna and when I finally moved forward with my purchase not only was Nook well priced but the quality was amazing, the customer service was next level I was kept up to date and in the loop from purchase to delivery and the guys that did my installation were super friendly insisted I allow my dogs inside with them while they completed the install and made sure I was all over the instructions and answered all my questions before leaving, I highly recommend Nook Saunas

10 STAR SERVICE from start to finish . I first emailed a lovely lady named Carolin who couldnt help me enough in deciding on what sauna to purchase. She was brilliant. The moment from purchase to delivery i was kept in the loop and upon arrival the two young men were professional, friendly lovely young men, they were both Informative about my new sauna , they ran me through how to use it & reassured me that should I have any issues to contact them asap. In all honestly i could not recommend Nook saunas HIGHLY ENOUGH ! Impeccable service and product all round .

Great, hassle free experience. There wasn’t a single hiccup throughout the entire process from start to finish. We live a couple of hours south of Perth and paid a small fee for delivery and assembly but it was well worth it. The delivery was on time, the young fellas took a great deal of care assembling the sauna, they were very helpful and took the time to explain what they were doing and then went through the operating steps thoroughly. The sauna has met all of our expectations so far. I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are looking to purchase a sauna.

Incredible high quality product and amazing customer service. The team came out and installed our sauna and they were super helpful and set up was quick and easy. Love that it just plugs into a normal PowerPoint, heats up quickly, I can choose my mood through all the different coloured lighting and I can listen to my music or podcasts through the Bluetooth speakers. We chose Nook because of the safety and quality ratings compared to other brands and can’t fault our experience.

Just received our sauna this morning and I have to give a shout out to Kenneth and Andrew who installed it. They were lovely lads, great ambassadors for the company. So excited to now sit and relax in my new sauna!

I am beyond happy with my Nook sauna experience. Everything has been fantastic. From the price, to communication to installation and the sauna itself, the whole process has been the best.

I ordered the 2 person Core sauna and it's perfect for my needs and fits beautifully in our bedroom. I didn't realise how much I would love the Bluetooth speakers and calming rotating coloured lights. Once the sauna is heated (which takes less than 15 minutes), opening the door to the heat and relaxing tunes playing is just the best feeling.

The sauna was purchased to help with chronic health issues and already within a week my sleep has improved (I'm dreaming so much more) and my pain seems to have reduced. I've also noticed I have more energy.

I'm so impressed with everything. While it took over three weeks to deliver, this was stipulated online so I expected this anyway (I'm not surprised these are so popular). The admin and installation staff were great and to receive complimentary installation where I live (an hour from Brisbane) was such a beautiful bonus.

Nook Saunas absolutely deserve a five-star review from us. From first enquiry through to sitting in our new sauna, the whole experience was seamless and stress free. The installation team was fantastic – friendly, punctual and clearly very experienced, and they had everything set up, tested and ready to go with no mess left behind. They took the time to walk us through how everything works, which gave us a lot of confidence from day one. �What really stood out was the communication throughout the purchase period. Every step of the way we were kept informed with clear, timely updates, and any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. It made a big investment feel easy and supported from start to finish. We just received our sauna and couldn’t be happier!! The installation was fantastic and they couldn’t have been more accommodating!!

1. The Product
I just bought a Nook 1 person elite and so far it has been an excellent purchase. Exactly as advertised and appears excellent quality.
2. Size
I only had the space for a one person sauna and it fits perfectly. If you have the space I think the 2 person would be the sweet spot for size fits 2 people but also lets you read out a bit and stretch if just a one person.
3. Elite vs Normal
I do a fair bit of running so having the extra panels below I think is great you can really feel the heat hit your calves.
4. IR vs Traditional.
I have generally been a traditional sauna person as thats what the gyms etc have had. The issue with this at home is often you need a dedicated circuit and drainage etc which can make it both price and hassle an impediment. With this one it just gets plugged into a normal outlet and you are good to go. Traditional tend to be 75-80 degrees and the IR only go to 65 degrees. If you are worried about not being as hot I wouldn't this feels as hot as any of the traditional saunas Ive been in. Its a different heat, more direct the only big difference I notice is that you don't get that hot air inhalation effect (plus minus steam if using water on the heater element) this may be a good thing or bad thing depending on what you like.
5. Longevity benefits.
Pretty much all the quality data has come from Finnish traditional saunas. 75 degrees 20 mins minimum 3 times a week. Theres minimal data for IR yet. If you read or follow the longevity researchers like Peter Atia they are suggesting the benefits should be transferrable. Currently some are suggesting that given the lower temp maybe more like 40 mins a session for IR, but really who knows. My heart rate data so far after a week of using it is no different to the same sessions I was doing in a traditional sauna at 75 degrees a month ago when I was on holidays. So read into that what ever you like.
5. Ordering process very easy had a conversation with Carolin who was very helpful. Ordered it and delivery was organised. Delivery turned up on time and was all ready to rock and roll in 30 mins. Great delivery guys ran through how to work it all ( very easy to run) and took all the rubbish leaving the place spotless and ready to turn on.
6. The Product itself
So far after a week of solid use it seems exactly as advertised and great quality. I would suggest buying 2 sets of bath mats one for the seat and one for the floor to stop sweat soaking into the wood I imagine after several years of use it could affect the wood. The standard bath mats sold in Wollies fit the two spots well.Just wash one set and rotate them.
7. Longevity
The Nook sauna looks solid and the only real points of failure ( not really failure just normal wear and tear) would be the plastic seals and foam seals on the doors. As long as Nook stand by their warranty and also will provide replacement parts and service ( which would reasonably have a charge) after the warranty period runs out then I really can't find any reason not to be vary happy with the product

My Nook Core 3 person sauna was installed recently.
I can't emphasise enough how professional and efficient the whole process was. Carolin was amazing to deal with. She was extremely helpful in helping me to select the best sauna for me and my budget. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. I was kept up to date regarding delivery and installation and the installation team were great. Darren co-ordinated the delivery and installation and was extremely helpful in arranging a suitable time. They set up the sauna and removed all the packaging. The sauna is extremely easy to use and I have been using it every second day since installation. It is amazing! I can't recommend Nook and their wonderful staff enough.

No communication, waited months for a $6k sauna for it to be installed and faulty. Had it fixed for another fault with the sauna. Paying this amount of money with no customer service, no communication and no support no faulty part replaced. 🤷‍♀️ waiting 6 months so far for a fault to be fixed is not good enough. Poorly run business.

Have used my Nook sauna every evening since installation. From the time of ordering to completion of installation all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Communication with the installers on day of delivery was spot on. My aches from gym have diminished significantly, my skin feels healthier and I love looking forward to my 25mins of peaceful music or a podcast each evening. Highly recommend this company and product!
