It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Nook. The sauna arrived before the estimated date. The Installation was quick and the Installers were friendly and professional. All communications were clear and timely...and the Sauna itself works perfectly.

I’ve been really impressed with the Nook 2 Person Infrared Sauna. From the moment it was set up, it felt like a high-quality, well-designed product. The size is perfect for two people without feeling cramped, but it’s also just as comfortable to use solo if you want to stretch out and fully relax.

It heats up efficiently and maintains a consistent temperature, which makes each session feel really therapeutic. The infrared heat is gentle but effective — I’ve noticed improved muscle relaxation, reduced tension, and overall a great sense of wellbeing after each use.

The build quality is excellent, with a sleek, modern design that fits nicely into the space without being intrusive. The controls are straightforward and easy to use, and little features like the lighting and sound options add to the overall experience.

Overall, it feels like a bit of a luxury at home. If you’re looking for something to support relaxation, recovery, or just a bit of daily self-care, I’d absolutely recommend it.

This company is excellent. From ordering my nook to delivery and installation. The two guys that came so professionally installed, took all the packing away. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a sauna. And the sauna is awesome I’m in it ever other day. One happy customer 😉

The communication from an initial enquiry, through to the delivering and install is something you would expect from a Michelin Star restauraunt. Thoughtful and informative the whole way along. My Install time changed and they tightene up the window of delivery time, the team then text me 2 hours out from arrival to make sure I was home. They installed it professionally they took away the rubbish. They gave me a complete run down on how to use it and care for it. Then there is the Sauna itself, its smells delicious as the 10 year old stated. Quality product absolutely blown away by the whole process to be honest! Been in it every day since it Arrived !

Great communication from Nook on purchase and arranging install . Installation was seamless . Follow up has been a bit light on, but have had my sauna 2 months now and enjoying the healthy retreat on my own back deck.

This is an affordable addition to our outdoor area.
The two seater is easily installed by the company who comunicated very well with me.
It only require basic electrical switch. It is effective in heating up in less than 20 minutes.
I love the cedar interior and the blue tooth with great sound.
Will recommend this to those who have space for it.

I’m not normally one to post. I did a lot of reading and actually took me a few years to lock in a purchase. I went the two person Nook Elite. I have used IR saunas before and liked them but always had in the back of my head that it wasn’t going to be hot enough. My god, 20 mins in the nook and I’m dripping wet. Better than I could have imagined. Service and install was super efficient and I was using it that afternoon. I think I have used it 8 out of ten 10 days I’ve had it. Slept like a baby. Skin feel delightful! Honestly, if you were tossing up a nook or a different

Great experience purchasing the Nook. It was super easy to buy online, then installation was booked within two weeks and it’s super easy to use and works very well.
Using it about 4 times per week and I can already feel the benefits with my skin and sleep.

My Nook sauna is amazing !
All the features including lighting options, lowlight options, Bluetooth for music and remote control for lighting.
The sauna is comfortable and a good size.
The customer service from day 1 has been amazing. From the purchasing team, to installation team and the installers themselves.
The sauna was built efficiently and quickly with no effort from me !
I was recommended a Nook sauna by a friend and I will be further recommending them to everyone.
The craftsmanship is also top notch ! Heats up quickly and no lag in heat when opening/closing door to enter and exit the sauna.
