I only ordered 1 time and did not sign up for any subscription or renewal. My credit card was just charged on June 5 for $72.00. I called the # and was disconnected after waiting 5 min. I got a email the same day saying the the subscription was cancelled and will not longer be billed for future renewals. I paid for the order I first received months ago but did not sign up for a subscription. This is a trick to get more money when you only order 1 time.

I love this product
I love this product. I was losing my hair due to medication I take by a Dr. it started making me lose my hair in the middle of head. How tragic right? This product not only made my hair grow back, but softer and fuller. It took about a month to notice but awesome results !! I’m buying round two NOW!

I received what I ordered, one set of three bottles. I don't see the special Red Sea Weed found only in the Caribbean, mentioned in the video no where on the bottle. They just put a high amount of iodine. It's just a basic Vitamin supplement. My 90 days came up on the 30th of May. The Vitamins came with a 90 day guarantee. I haven't finished the vitamins yet. On May 30th, they took $98.85 out of my account without my knowledge and without my permission. I was told it was for a subscription. I never signed up for any subscription. Buyer Be Ware!!! Once they get your credit card number, they sign you up for a three month subscription, and plan to charge you every 3 mos whether you want it or not. They don't want to give people their money back. They have over 90+ complaints with the West Florida BBB and have a F rating due to the way they treat their customers after receiving their credit card numbers. Refusing to cancel those subscription orders, refusing to give refunds. Poor customer service. Sending people to Email addresses in order to file a complaint, etc.... I'm in the process of trying to get my money back. I'll let you know when and if it happens and how long it takes.
